The 4 remaining songs on CD better be straight ahead, balls out rockers, and about something other than Stephanie Seymour.
If not, Axl might want to consider throwing The General on there, or else there will be no forth album to put it on.
If its nothing but mid tempo ballads about how heart broken he is, he will look completely insane...er. He's going to be forever known as the guy who spent 14 years, 14 million dollars writing love lorn ballads about a supermodel he dated for a year.
This is the funniest post ever. That final paragraph is so classic. I will now make it my signature.

James, I am calm now..... It has good ideas, but needs something to bring it all together. Pretty Ironic that Axl said Slash had good ideas on the snakepit album but that it didn't go anywhere. Pot calling kettle black. Axl and Slash need each other. I am not saying this because "I want a reunion". But to get the both out of Axl, you need Slash. Same for Slash.

I am pissed now. This album is a joke. And Finck still sucks.

I too listened in the car last night. Better still rocks, but guys, I find my mind wandering during these songs then coming back to the song towards the end. I find my self just waiting for a great buckethead solo. Robin's seems like he misses notes even on his solos on an album. He is such a liability. His phrasing just isn't that good. Song #2, Axl sounds like a pussy on first line and pretty much the whole song. But I like the song Okay. Song #3, seems contrived with the Flamenco guitar in the begining. Its a good song, but forgetable. The Blues is a good tune, Axl's voice here is a lot different than the other songs. Its a solid predictable song and a good song. Its almost fresh to hear a predictable song like the Blues. Ryiad, give me a break, terrible. IRS, its okay, repetitive. Madagascar, I am so sick of this song, nothing can make it interesting to me now. Chinese Democracy, ROCKS!!!!!!!!

Crazy. I saw a 15,000 record player the other day. They make one too that is over $100,000. They are perfectly balanced and almost have a floating wheel. Even if your record is warped it can play it as if it isn't. This post has no relevance. Sorry.

The singer of Panic Channel is the one that has been rehearsing with the boys. This is only a rumor, its what was said on Blabbermouth. Thanks to FunkeyMonkey.

James, if true, that is exactly why Axl hasn't done shit in so long. He is worried about shit he shouldn't be worried about. Like have 100% control of a song written when he was 25 years old with his friends.

Smoking Guns wrote:Hmmm, why now? Kushner is in VR. Are they ending VR to reunite GNR? James, is that what you are reading? I like Dave in VR. He did keep quiet on the VR singer thing. Hmmm.
Ever since Weiland bailed, I've thought they turned VR into a smokescreen while discussions happen behind the scenes.
VR implodes
Axl hires the "reunion manager" known as Azoff
Finck goes to NINall three things happen within weeks of each other.
It doesn't take Albert Einstein to solve that equation.....:haha:
James, you and I said the same thing in 2006 that the band would re-unite in Europe and all that shit. Never happened... ha! We are nuts.
