Whilst I have seen some CD promos for sale, this one comes with a press release and also a picture sleeve, all the other ones I have seen have simply had a blank jewel case.

The video was uploaded by Antiquiet on the official GNR UK Contest page, a fanmade video and not official (as I first thought). Its all stock footage I believe, even the animated GNR logos:-
