Came across this on youtube as well. I've seen it before, but man, I would have killed to have seen that GN'R/Metallica tour back in 1992. Man, I miss those days. Both Metallica and GN'R ruled the world back then...

I was at the show in Indy. Incredible.

Metallica actually blew away GNR that night. Flawless. Axl had that infamous Mike Tyson rant, who was jailed in Indy at the time, and walked off a few times. A lot of people left it was so late when GNR arrived.

I loved it though.

Ah man... back when both bands actually were still worth a damn.

Those definitely were the days. Would've been a legendary Hall of Fame ticket had they been able to score Nirvana to open the shows.

I was there too.  Faith No More Started at 6pm, GNR ended at 2am.  At 15 I was bitching about all the people leaving early, but at 34 I sorta understand it a little more.

It kinda wrecked me for package concerts for the rest of my life though.  Nothing's ever going to be that cool again.

Also, I don't want to bang Tabatha Soren any less than I did 20 years ago.

I was too young to see that tour.  11 or 12.   I wanted to go so bad!

I remember MTV showing this. Seems like it was a "Guns N' Roses Weekend" thing they were running. They showed this, "GN'R Past, Present, & Future", and the Paris 92 show. Anyone else remember that? I recorded the whole damn weekend. I've got it somewhere on VHS.
