That list tells me nothing except what kind of guitar or amp was used and we know slash was on stage for those few songs.

Who is playing lead on Highway Star and Def Leopard stuff?
Not sure but I'd assume it's steve stevens as he's the lead player when they don't have guests I think.

I don't think Steve Stevens was at these shows, so I'm pretty sure it's Slash playing all the leads, maybe Gilby & Dave Kushner play some of them too
