They really have brought their A-game to this regrouping, haven't they? All those worries about Fat Axl and his Mickey Mouse voice emphatically laid to rest. All the best bits from their live solo stuff. Slash on fire, with all the technical skill he's picked up in the intervening years. Fortus/Ferrer, probably GN'R's best rhythm section ever.

Agreed. In alot of ways it's a sequel to the 2006 band, but with Slash & Duff.

Axl vocally seems to be back at 2006 levels.

The biggest change is he seems to really have power and is in good spirits.
