I have always found it funny when people bitch about the commercialism yet still worship the idea of Santa, cuz you know... Santa was one of the 3 wise men?
Not trying to pick on anyone in particular. Just seems pretty hypocritical. I'm not a religious guy at all but if you want to bitch about the stores and all the other BS then you should not buy or receive and gifts and spend the day at church. But let's face it... 99% won't though they will demean others

LOL... Hope I don't get in trouble for posting that pic. Not a fan of the company, but after 6 months of unemployment they were they only ones who didn't dismiss me as over qualified from minute 1.
I don't know of any sponsorships. Maybe because they use Pepsi 24 packs for other displays (A huge ass snowman) they want to keep it uniform.
As far as commercialism? For me once you introduce Santa and shopping the gloves are off. The religiousness of the holiday was lost decades ago.

The last few seasons have blown Family Guy out of the water. The show still has good episodes though it's gotta be hard to keep having good ideas after 20+ years.
I also hate seeing comments about how something sucks from someone who claims to not have seen it in years and caught one episode. Way to be in the loop
As far as the dispute? They are being asked to take a 45% paycut! They are OK with a 30%, but 45%?!?! Non of us would take that no matter how much we made

I have a feeling GnR won't make the cut, though I think they should
This hall is based off of media friendly bands which GnR ain't. Slash is the rest are not (or are not asked... Gilby, lol). I also think the Van Halen debacle is still fresh in their minds as well as what Blondie pulled.
Fighting bands may equal interest but also headaches

My youtube feed just showed a shot of Rio afterward. There was some guy talking in the background. After that the feed stopped.
Oh ok, I wasn't sure who was talking.
No one was talking. It was the Sinatra song that plays over the PA at the end of their shows which I'm too tired to remember the title of right now
