I would have liked to have been in a rehab safe from everyone I know during last weeks Eclipse. One month after the eclipse the ricochet moment.

Man in the Meadow, from Duff's Believe in Me, is apparently a tribute to Todd. It was written by Duff and West Arkeen.
It's a small world, alright!
Correct

Most fortune 500 companies only verify employment, no doubt who ever wrote that has been fired and this will turn into a class action if other employees are contacted. One bad apple usually turns into a barrel of them in this type of culture.

Spears' dad to tighten grip over estate
LOS ANGELES: The father of singer Britney Spears has strengthened control over her affairs with an order to fire her business manager and a demand that he turn over her personal records.
A court document, which was posted on celebrity news website TMZ.com, said that Howard Grossman was notified of a court order granting JameS Spears the right to fire him as the singer's business manager and require Grossman "turn over all documents, records, and assets relating to Britney".
The move follows charges by Spear's mother Lynne in court documents made public earlier this week that the pop star's self-style manager, Sam Lufti, had drugged her to take control of her home, life and finances.
Late last week the 26 year-old was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital and placed under psychiatric evaluation.
By Wednesday, Spears had left the UCLA Medical Center and one day later, Jamie was back in court in a closed-door hearing to strengthen his conservatorship over her assets.
Commissioner Reva Goetz also ordered Grossman to turn over "all documents, records and assets relating to Spears" to James.
Goetz issued her decision Friday after an emergency closed-door hearing requested a day earlier by James Spears. Grossman showed up at the hearing, but he and others were ordered to leave the courtroom.
Grossman would not say if he had been fired or how long he had worked for Spears.
"My reputation speaks for itself," he said, declining to comment further on the order because it would be speculative.
Meanwhile, attorneys who have represented Spears in her child custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline filed papers to withdraw from that case. Attorney Sorrell Trope filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court asking to quit the case, said a court spokeswoman. Trope previously withdrew a similar request.

Well all of this is past due, maybe her father will redeem himself. New Attorneys will help, they are far to jaded at this point to represent her. This does not look like it extended her fathers hold over her estate (or placed a motion to do this) any longer than the initial emergency order granted him it just gave him/and her access to her financial records, which a professional would have already copied and turned over.

Eyes up: Bryan and Axl's hairy moment
The reformed rock star Axl Rose cuts an eccentric figure these days, so much so that even Bryan Ferry will have a cheeky pop.
The Guns 'n' Roses singer made an unexpected appearance at the chic Mayfair eaterie Le Caprice on Monday evening, where the following exchange was overheard between Ferry and a fellow diner.
Diner: "Did you know that Axl Rose is an anagram for Oral Sex?"
Ferry: "No I didn't. But did you know that the man is bald as a coot and wears hair extensions? He also wears a bandana to cover his bald crown."
Fortunately for Ferry, Rose was well out of earshot - which is just as well, when one considers his active role in ejecting unwanted members of a crowd. He was arrested in 1991 after sparking a riot in St Louis, when he leapt off the stage into the crowd to wrestle a camera from a fan.
Rose was not available to comment last night.

Scot is far more functional than Staley was. He is at the right place. I agree with Neemo it's a trigger, it is also a trigger staying someplace you don't want to be anymore. Best place he can be right now is rehab also benefits his court case coming up, his family and future writing...
I love the last record but in my heart I new this was the last VR record with Scott he has to move on or perish, this was never meant to be his band. He needs a more complicated tapestry and needs to maintain with the bros they still have a story to tell. He needs to do more conceptual work, it suits his writing style and challenges him....He needs to reach higher, keep his mind illuminated not complicated....that Pasadena crowd will kill you if you don't have your head on straight. Good he gets a refresher court at Rehab....
VR needs to get back to outrage, if they can...it is not the voice necessarily its the writing, its the vibe its the person that can put their hand on the pulse of the youth...it always was....Always someone in the Wings, always was..
Sometime you have to know when to set something free.....sometimes more than one thing....

Maybe they will figure out what track they should get that freight train on...The last record which I thought was brilliant was also obviously a swan song, it was a compromise of style between them and Scot. Ain't that freedom paralyzing when you take the middle road? These guys have yet to take a chance on something better, radical or rebel, all the things that made them them? They just flirt with it....Disturbing I think disturbs them to much. Scot was never that much of a risk, but if they listened carefully to the camps converge it should have been illuminating to where they should go next if they are really roses. Scot was always the only one who stood to benefit from this arrangement...There is hope for him yet. What you got Duff, do you gotta new rose yet? don't think he ever got that song....Don't know what it means? Just a few thoughts that spring to mind on the time line for where this train went of the tracks. Not just for them but the entire industry.... 1995, give it a minute and we will have 14 years of silence despite all the noise. You go your way i will go mine? It's not going to go down that way brothers, it never was....this was never going to be anything but temporary.
#100 Re: Guns N' Roses » AXL ROSE Negotiating For More Money Before Releasing 'Chinese Democrac » 918 weeks ago
Well.... such a deep subject. All these players, all those contracts all those agreements... A fortune in legal fees all by itself....to sort out who wrote the melody lines, who gets mechanical rights...Then make sure it is all in compliance for the CD liner notes. You know he is going to end up on another court room tour no matter what just by releasing it. The mess has just started, nothing is bulletproof and this shit is going to be complicated, from a legal perspective complicated is not good. Plus Ax has not participated in the new music scene. The days of million dollar checks for record sales are long gone...The days of million dollar videos by egocentric artist has always been a problem...Miles from the finish line if they cannot even get to terms how will he negotiate the other contracts? Sigh, scary that Beta and or Dell will be negotiating this, gone are the days of Doug, West and Sly advising... Good luck to all those musicians waiting to get paid, hate to see anyones work caught up in this mess. He does not want to cave BUT no matter how desperate the label is they still get to write it off and Axl still owes them for whatever he has and will take unless he can change the terms right now. Unfucking believable? SOP, BIG FUCKING DEAL
