Good. For the past year or so Amazon hasn't really had any great pricing deals. To be honest, I mainly buy movies there and the only reason they lower their prices is to price match other brick and mortar stores. It's always nice to have another alternative.

Ugh. I'm not paying to watch old Dan Akroyd and Harold Ramis crack out bad jokes while Michael Cera and Jonah Hill are trying to potraying younger ghostbusters.
Murray's probably right on skipping this shit. Even though he did do two Garfield films for whatever reason.

Cardinals refused to let the Bills lose today, and the AFC East has a ridiculous 4-way tie because of it. Seahawks beating Patriots was pretty exciting!
I almost hate to say this since it's counter to what a fan should be rooting for but the Cards really should just tank to get a QB because neither Kolb nor Skelton is the long term answer here.
So while I THINK they are miles better than the Jets, Dolphins, and Bills I could easily see them going 9-7. So, maybe they're NOT that much better.
I thought the Niners were the best team in the NFC and they got manhandled by an inconsistent Giants team at home today.
The Ravens only have one loss, but lost Laderius Webb today (not sure the extent of the injury). They've been run all over, and their defense isn't what it once was. They nearly lost to an average Cowboy team at home today. So are they THAT good?
That's just a few quick notes, but can anyone make sense of any of this?
Again, it's early. I think things will settle in, but I have no clue where it's headed. Right now it looks like you could finish .500 in the AFC and that would be good enough to get either wild card, or even the West or East. What I'm getting is there are a lot of average teams out there and not many good ones. At least, not yet.
The funny thing is that the Bills come out a 2 game stretch where they allowed 73 points in the second half and the Jets looked very poor for around three games there. I guess division play will determine this division.
I own the Ravens D for my FF league and they've been very overated basically just getting by on rep. They also lost Lewis to a pec injury. It feels weird to say this but Cleveland has the best defense in the division.
Only thing I can make sense of is the KC is probably the worst team in the league.
And the NFC top to bottom is the stronger conference.
Eagles lost again and they were booing Vick at the end of the game. I've read where they have an out in his contract where they can just cut him and not owe a lot of cash.
I don't think the Redskins are great but it isn't a far stretch to say they are mediocre. They have a pretty good offense but just a really shit defense.
And really Fisher, passing up a 4th and 7 and going for a 66 yard FG on a windy and wet field with a kicker that had already missed two kicks? Good to see that some things don't change.

The Titans actually looked like an actual football team the other day and beat the Steelers. The days of the Steelers being a top defense (at least this year) are pretty much over. They can't really defend the pass and they gave up close to 100 yards to Chris Johnson.
Titans finally held a team to under 30 points this week. They play the Bills next week in Toronto (I think). Bet the over. Two crappiest defenses in the league go head to head. Oh and start Scott Chandler if you have him.

I hope you're right Russ, as a Yankee hater. That would be about my prediction as well.
Cardinals, UNBELIEVABLE comeback tonight. Down 6-0. Ridiculous. They are proving once again to be a tough out come October. No one team stands above another at this point, so why not the Cardinals? AGAIN!
That was a really, really, brutal loss by the Nationals today. Only caught the ending but man they were like one strike away from advancing to the NLCS. I don't really hate the Cardinals but I'd rather not see them win the World Series again.
Not a Yankee hater but my loyalties will be towards Jim Leyland and the Tigers. And I hope he wins another World Series. It'll make him one of a select few who have managed World Series winners in both leagues.
I'll be rooting for the Giants as well in the NL.

Gruden would be interested in the TN job. That is if the Dallas job isn't open, too.
If TN pays up and Adams stays the fuck away, then yeah I could see it. The Dallas thing is interesting because I think they would have to totally tank for Jerry to fire Garrett. I think he probably gets 7-9 wins and avoids getting fired after the year.
They're terrible on third down and just can't ever stop the bleeding, which to me says that they lack playmakers and leaders.
But the pass rush has been non-existent, the corners look young, and our linebackers can't cover tight ends over the middle or half backs in the flats.
That sounds exactly like the Titans defense I've been watching. That game in two or three weeks is going to be entertaining. You have the two worst teams in points allowed facing one another.
The Bills are somehow only five points behind the Titans in points allowed. The Titans have tied a record with allowing 30 points per game in the first five games of the season.
The Titans offense stinks though and that is why I probably think the Bills will win.
I could kind of see the WR/QB problems before the season though. Fitz, while not being totally awful, isn't exactly a great player either. He is average and you really can't win in today's pass happy NFL with an average qb. The WR outside of Stevie Johnson aren't really good. Current upcoming group of WR prospects doesn't look that good.
The best realistic guy in FA would probably be Greg Jennings from GB. I don't think the Packers are going to franchise him. Mike Wallace is another good candidate, as I can't see PIT franchising him again.
Still not sure what to make of the Vikings (or the Bears for that matter). It's been an interesting start to the season in the NFC North...my guess is we haven't seen the last of the 2 bottom teams either.
The Vikings have beaten two shitty AFC South teams and a disappointing DET team along with the win over the 49ers. I just looked at their schedule and they have a difficult second half:
Nov 4 @SEA (always tough to play there)
Nov 11 vs DET
Nov 25 @CHI
Dec 2 @GB
Dec 9 vs CHI
Dec 16 @STL (Fisher has them playing hard)
Dec 23 @HOU
Dec 30 vs GB
We'll know a lot more about the Vikings during that long stretch. I still think the Packers can come back here. Maybe not win the division but I could see them with a wild card.
I've given up on the Lions doing anything. They have really bad secondary play and their ST is abysmal.
I think the Cardinals might fall back now that teams have realized that they have an awful OL.
ATL has a lock on the NFC South. And I think that SF wins the West. The other two divisions are bloodbaths. Actually the NFC West is very competitive as well. The problem is that the other 3 teams will probably beat up one another and they end up with similiar win totals (7 to 9 wins) but not enough for a WC.

Quality is bad on this one but I always found this "singing" one hilarious:
Another funny Christmas ep is the one where Frasier pretends to be Jewish. There's the funny little with Niles participating in a local Christmas play.

I don't know who's worse, the Titans or The Bills. (watching both games)
At least The Bills are putting themselves in good position to pick up Geno Smith or Tyler Wilson. Titans defense is terrible and they have no running game.
My FSU boy Ponder is the real deal
Definitely the Titans. Fourth time this season that they've been beaten by 21 points or more
The offense isn't very good either--last in plays run and last in time of possession. I watched most of the game and the defense didn't play that bad. I mean they still weren't great but it was ok if the offense could put together any type of sustainable drive together.
Wanted any type of pass rusher. Not sure about Locker, but I guess that is for the new coaching staff to decide. They still play the Jags twice (Jags should be up there as worst team too, they got destroyed by the Bears), plus the Jets.
In two weeks, they play the Bills. At least Buffalo can run the damn ball and Fitzpatrick can throw a pass or two past ten yards. Hasselbeck should just retire. At least Kerry Collins could throw it downfield ten yards. At times watching this game I wondered whether or not the Vikings dbs were some of the intended targets of some of those ducks Hasselbeck was throwing.
At least buzzsaw will be happy when he watches the Bears destroy the Titans in Nashville later on.
I don't think Oakland has won a game yet. Assuming Titans and Bills fire their coaches, that will be two octogenerians (Ralph Wilson and Bud Adams) hiring coaches. Both these guys don't have the rep for hiring high profile expensive coaches either, although I think Wilson paid Levy well and Bud obviously gave Fisher a high salary.
Will Gruden be even interested in any of these two jobs?
Edit bonus Bills question for CC:
What are their problems? You can't blame it all on the QB/oline. They gave up 45 points today. I don't think Mario Williams had a sack and only had one tackle.

This one is missing the ending but most of the funny stuff is there. I miss the show even if I didn't love the two seasons prior to the last one.
One thing that I find pretty cool is that even though the show ran from 1993-2004, if you watch it today it doesn't seem dated at all.
Great ensemble cast and I always enjoyed whenever Liliith was on the show. The last episode Lilith was on was titled "Guns and Neuroses."
Another funny clip (it seems fucking youtube has removed all the full episodes they used to have):
I wish they had the entire episode of this one too. The one clip of Frasier being unhinged when he listens and analyzes the problems of the wife are hilarious. I love how he works in the work diphtongs into the conversation.
Another favorite:
I'm pretty sure the last line by Martin always gets cut off in syndication.

The Orioles have been doing this all season, and nobody can figure out why. On paper, the Rangers are a FAR better team. I saw Joe Saunders was starting and couldn't believe he was their best option. I mean, I know they had to play their regulars right up till the last day to fight for the division, but surely they could do better than Joe Saunders. And the guy goes out and gives up 1 run, handing a 2 run lead over to their fantastic bullpen.
They're obviously doing something right and I don't see any reason for that to change now. So even though the Yankees would appear to be the better team, I fully expect Baltimore to give them everything they've got. And damnit all, I think they take them down. I think the Yanks would've much rather played the Rangers. Texas picked the most inopportune time to play their worst baseball of the season. They just folded down the stretch. Losing an improbable lead in the division and never really getting it going tonight. Not the way you want to go out.
Key play early in the game was Hamilton grounding into the double play with runners on 1st and 3rd with no outs. Yeah, they tied the game but they could have had so much more.
Hamilton looked awful this game striking out 2 times and that critical GIDP. Napoli didn't look much better with 2 strikeouts including 1 when there were runners on 1st and 3rd with one out.
I bet both those guys don't come back next year in Texas. I give the Orioles credit. They did just enough on offense to win. I don't think Saunders pitched particularly well but he located his off speed stuff well and got helped with some impatient Texas hitters.
I still think the Yankees win against the Orioles. At some point, the Orioles all or nothing approach will hurt them. I have to admit it is kinda cool for Showalter to be managing against the Yankees in the playoffs.
