The way I understand the story is that the trader (patabilor) got screwed and decided to leak what he had.
He did not get the new thing he wanted so we don't get it either.Trading has to start all over again so forget soon.

This ish is like a soap opera. I guess a question tho, was Hard School the only track patabilor had? From reading your post, seems he was ripped off a bit or misled & leaked out of spite. Maybe Hard School or the 1 minute version was the track he gave out to prove he had stuff.
Anyway, the whole saga's been a mishmosh. I've actually considered trying to make a documentary about all this stuff over the last 15 years. Theoretical hoarders, rival forums, posters moving on, posters dying, Axl vs Slash (the old term) nutswingers. NuGnR v VR, a wrestler coming in & swindling someone to heist multiple leaks.
It's got it all man, 'xcept chicks

From what I can gather, a lady was at a park & saw this guy driving out of a neighborhood, and called the cops. Under no crime pretenses (robbery, burglary etc), she just had a hunch something was up. So the cops went on the hunt & chased him down. Absurd.
Either that or someone posted in the comments that the cop likely made up the whole 'lady at a park' report to cover his steps since the driver said he was never at or near the park. If he lied, he needs to be fired. If there was a phone call, the police/911 need to review internal controls to not send out police or go on a witchhunt because 'Cathy at the Park' has a hunch.

Oh dude, Hard School?? It's like Top 5 on CD I'd think. Personally the 1 minute leak was a bit better than the song, the best minute lol, but the songs solid. Better than Chinese Democracy the song, the list goes on but yeah it beats half the songs on CD for sure. Could've been a change of era, myb Axl felt it was more a post-UYI lineup or late 90s/2002 track. I dunno, but the song rocks.
Where'd they get the guitar solo, Slash's Libertad kazoo?

I don't know about making the cut for Chinese (trying to think of where it would go in the sequence), but I think this would be a good opening track for another disc...or a good 'side' opener on a LP. A great way to kick off a record.
Where would things stand as far as known/leaked tracks for either a CD2 or 'outtakes' or theoretical 2002-2004 album.

Any others? Was there a cover they were doing alot on the 2002 tour or any other tracks. I thought they played a new song once or something, RIR. Might've been Maddy. Anyway, just wondering where we are with leaks, coming closer to 8-9 for a mini album.

Stick a fork in him. Wouldn't surprise me if he bails & doesn't even run by early next year. Only thing likely to keep him in it is his need to stay in office to prevent Treason charges from the next AG.

I dunno, we're IN a recession. We're in it. Economists have never, in our lifetime, 'predicted' a recession, then been wrong on it. I remember even kinda 91-92's, reading in the paper before it really happened. Then, like in 93-94 it just ends. Wasn't the worst recession of all time. Wasn't dot-bomb or 2007 collapse.
Still, it's only going to get worse from today. There is little chance Trump gets re-elected imho.

Yeah, it's just like a vacation fundraiser. I'd read where its a city or town popular among expatriates. Probably people from California who retire in Mexico, likely with $$$.
I can see where FoxNews etc can get all over the optics of it, Mexico Fundraising == Russian Interference, but really, c'mon.

Bidens too old for cabinet position. Kerry as well, being his 2nd turn at it.
It's also not precedent to announce thoughts on cabinet picks as it could consist of opponents (Harris, Warren, Booker), but also away votes.
ie. Republicans may get angry at the thought of Harris as AG and vote specifically against that whereas previously may not have been that pro-trump and maybe woulda sat home. Also many are Govs trying to run a state and if the Pres nominee loses, would look bad on their re-election that they didn't have the states voters in mind, self interest etc

^^ Funny, I was talking to my brother yesterday & he mentioned he saw that movie on Redbox. Sounded pretty good, he said it was ok. It'll be on my to-do list.
