...and people like you with so much ignorance are why we have a problem in the first place.

Are you really asking us to be tolerant of nazis?

What ever happened to the days of the Eisenhower Republican? Hell...you guys even make Nixon look like a saint.

I sat back and watched for 8 years while you all blamed obama for race related issues. Now you're president can't be bothered to sincerely condemn white supremacist nazi folks bc his base is made up of so much of these types. Yes, he read a pre-scripted message condemning it that he clearly didn't while heartidly believe. In the span of 4 days, repeatedly contradicted himself. I'm left to believe his off scripted remarks were the genuine ones.

So you want to talk about being genuine? Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

If you're marching in a parade or protest...whatever, and various Nazi flags are flying, you're either a Nazi, or cool with Nazis and support their cause. If not, you'd leave.

That's it in a nutshell. The dregs of the right can make excuses for the attendees, but there are none.

On the surface, that's correct.  But here's the problem with oversimplification: you show up to a march where there are no flags (or at least none that you can see).  March starts and more people join with flags that you aren't even aware of.  Crazy leftists lump you in with them when you don't even know they are there and "out" you online as a racist.  They will defend their indefensible actions as collateral damage and say you shouldn't have been there anyway.

That doesn't appear to have been the case with this march as this one was pretty blatant, but this is a very slippery slope.  Truly innocent people will get caught up in something they aren't aware of and will be ruined because of it.  People will photoshop people into situations they weren't in to ruin them (and don't even try to claim that doesn't happen).  People are so out to get Trump (who wasn't considered a racist when he was palling around with Jesse Jackson and Sharpton as the Democrats valued his money but suddenly became one as a Republican) that they don't care who gets run over in the process.  This is all a sham.  You are being manipulated and apparently you're so filled with hate and anger that you don't even realize it.

For being the supposed peace and love people, it's amazing how many lefties are filled with hate and rage.  There's nothing genuine about what they are doing and it shows to anyone with half of a brain.

Trump called out both factions of scum for what they are yet shitlibs and leftists construed his words into him endorsing "nazis".

How stupid some Americans can be ? You, gentlemen, are aware of history and background of Antifa, are n`t you ?

Condemn both sides, get labeled a Nazi and a racist.  Agree that both sides share responsibility for what happened and you support Nazis all of a sudden.  It's not easy having some level of intelligence these days with so many completely ignorant people out there.  Sadly this place is just a microcosm of society.

I don't think it matters because they're irrelevant. The militias of the northwest are far more frightening, IMO. There's a gay guy in Atlanta who has banned all police and soldiers from joining his gym. Does it really matter? No, the guy is irrelevant.

Two groups wanted attention and were looking for a fight. The leftists showed up with bats and pepper spray too. They were throwing rocks and a newspaper stand (seriously). The unfortunate thing, the freaking tragedy, is that the real peaceful protestors were the ones who were hurt, yet again, but this time someone was killed. Let's be honest, for the last few years the left has been showing up to real peaceful protests with their masks and bricks and turn them into riots and NO ONE says anything. Where people have been seriously hurt. They show up, from out of town, specifically to antagonize and start violence and MSNBC justifies it as anger. They. aren't the real protestors. That's legitimate.

I'm not taking up for anyone of these cunts, but the fake counter protests came there looking for what happened, too.

I logged in just to give you karma for this.  There's hope for you yet ID.

Went to the show in Winston-Salem last night.  I didn't take any pictures; I just sat back and appreciated what was going on.  I really enjoyed the show, but after 5 shows in the last 15 months or so, I think I am ready to take a break for a bit.  If they come close enough to me that I don't need to travel at all, I'll go.  Otherwise I think I am done until whenever or if ever the next tour comes around.

#1158 Re: Guns N' Roses » One Year Later - Did you get what you wanted? » 458 weeks ago

Show number 5 on this tour for me a week from tomorrow; it will be my wife's first show.  It's as close to what I wanted as is possible right now, so I'll take it.

Enjoyed it.

Although I've felt the past season or so they've dragged their feet to play it out longer. Like I felt the whole plot development from this week could be told in about 5 mins or something absurd if you recount it to someone else.

The show is still great, but I think the pacing these days is a bit slow if you compare it to an Episode from season 1 or 2 where it seemed things happen more often.

Yeah, I thought the episode dragged.  The most disturbing thing to me is I actually noticed the Ed Sheeran cameo without having to read about it later.

Ah, the good old days...when ID and I were on the same page for a few weeks at least.

I am lucky...I pretty much like everyone here.  Sure, I disagree pretty strongly on Robin and some political things, but to me it's just like when brothers disagree.  I could hang out with any of you at  GnR show and have a blast.  We're all (I think) good people.  Bono was fun in person.  It's easy to get out of whack a little online, but at the end of the day we all are fairly level headed and have many more interests in common than different.

I'm one of the quietest people you'll ever meet in real life.  I'm an introvert.  This is one of the only places I feel comfortable enough to speak my mind.  So for me, this place is still very special.
