Looks like both President Obama and PE Trump have been briefed by intelligence officials on Russia's personal information they have on Trump. Sources are not only claiming Trump has deep ties to Russia, but that Russia also has "compromising" information on him, including but not limited to sex acts. While this isn't verified yet, the FBI/CIA hasn't publicly confirmed or denied what is accurate in this memo, they took  it seriously enough to present it to both Obama and Trump.

Shit is getting weird.

Depends. Do you want me to report what right wing hack job sites tell you guys all day and is repeated ad nauseum by users on facebook, twitter etc. ?

Or would you like facts and figures reported by the CBO, economists, health care industry leaders and the AHA?

It's more likely to get worse for Trump than better in the near future. Especially if he pulls the plug on Obamacare (not to be confused with the Affordable Care Act as some Trump voters believe) and the economy gushes jobs at least temporarily.

Cutting the ACA would cost millions of jobs associated with the health care industry, more than  likely pull down health care stocks, pound some  the states worse than others and obviously cause people to lose their insurance.  It could very well kick off a recession. The Congressional Budget office has also said that repealing it would add billions to the deficit and increase the national debt. That's probably why the GOP on a party line vote  prohibited the CBO from looking at any bill that repeals Obamacare. It would also explain why they just voted (except Rand Paul) to "Consider a measure" for a national debt limit increase of 9 trillion...they know that repealing the ACA will stack on the debt, just as cutting taxes will.

Hasn't SCOTUS ruled pornography is protected by the 1st Amendment?  I'll have to look it up to be sure, but I could swear I've read a case where it was discussed.

I sure hope so!  Everyone needs some porn at some point in their life.

Everything is subjective I guess. I'm sure I like things that others find offensive but...

Porn over the last 10 years or so has become increasingly aggressive towards women. I'm certainly no prude by any means, but it's turned me off almost entirely to it. And that says a lot.

China has issued threats to America/Trump this week, while NK is saber rattling.

Playtime is over, this shit makes me really nervous and he's not even sworn in yet.

Trump can't even handle Meryl Streep without looking like an ass. How is this unqualified narcissist going to be handle China or NK?

Curious, when interest rates go up on home sales/mortgage...how does that effect the housing market in general? Will the value of my home go up or down?

They have an inverse relationship with each other. The more expensive money is the less an asset may cost and vice versa.

I have a 20 year mortgage at 4.4 %...I'm about 2.5 years into it. I'm trying to be smart with this investment.

15-20 year mortgages are the way to go IMO. Stay in it as long as you can and pay biweekly rather than monthly if you are able. So if note is 1500, pay 750 every two weeks. It will shave a couple of years off the loan. I had a 15 year on my previous home and loved seeing that principle go down.
