Glad you guys are so aware of the conservator laws that you think her family will have an easy time having her involuntarily committed. Further glad you think this will help. Most of the mental health professionals I have talked to do not think this is necessarily Bi-polar (popular word though). They think it could be born of repeated recent trauma (we all process trauma diffrently what is traumatic to one person might be nothing to another) and the repetitive cyclical anxiety associated... Being professionals they would not go on TV and announce it NOR would they deal with her family prior to her being declared incompetent. Charge on....Media..... Hope they do her better than the little girl in Las Vegas they claim does not remember being raped and the message those mental health professionals sent to predators and sexual trauma survivors around the world through the media....
Regardless Britney has been through one shock after another, like dominoes, sometimes when that becomes your reality it is the only reality you know, she has not received kind treatment form anyone that I can see... Tough love is a crock of shit in my opinion I never learned anything because someone was nasty or condescending to me. Judgment and force might appear to be the answer but in restoring someone to wholeness....this approach rarely work.. I suppose it helps to look at her as if she could be your child and see all the crap she has been through IS PART of what is causing her to act the way she is...But since the family is part of the trauma I will not hold my breath this is going to happen, more likely they get a hold of her money, make it impossible for her to ever have normal relationship (legally or otherwise) with her children. I mean no disrespect to you DTJ and James knows I often differ from but respect his opinion but from the perspective of artist, parent, singer and someone who has worked in the guardianship court, lived and dealt with Hollywood and Malibu I just do not sympathize with your perspective. As an artist I rarely fit into the nine to five world. The wonderful thing about Democracy is we are able to disagree, and wherever you get your press from it is still the press to me which is hardly a balanced picture of what is going on in her entire life or how or why she is acting the way she is. The fact someone appears to be diagnosing her without ever seeing her or talking to her, is already worrisome and incredibly unethical...As far as her kids, the sympathy I have for her as a mother is an endless well, the skills you are talking about can be learned and taught (diet, sleeping patterns, car safety), whether the hole in heart (obvious for all who can see to see) can be fixed,, that is another story altogether. One that will not be as popular to the media.

The same could be said, I wouldn't want someone on a jury putting young kids back with a careless, endangeing, irresponsible lunatic.

I am not saying that Britney does not have issues, just she also totally lacks any type of support (money not being support).
Lived out there and know how crazy it can be and I have seen people set up supposed loved ones and kids for their own agenda's (greed, revenge idealogical and real) I worked in Law for years. It happens, it happens easier to those that have mental health issues, which I think it is safe to say Britney has....Easy enough for Federline to have a second baby with the crazy lady wasn't it?
For myself I am praying and wishing she finds some real love and support for her sake and her kids...Hard to be real when no one around you is. She has spent her whole life being told what to do by people with an Agenda, now she is out there pretty much all alone..Easy to wish her ill , but this year for New Years I am banishing negative thinking.... People are vicious enough...She has two kids under two, that is stressful enough all alone without someone trying to take them away. As far as mental illness stressors she has a few.. loss of reputation (job) divorce, loss of family support, court proceedings, easy to blame drugs but it could just be the hormonal imbalance of having two kids so close together...Not all women being cut form the same cloth....She is very young, very immature and she has lived the majority of her life in a Disney bubble,, Shades of Judy Garland.... the story anyway..
Not discounting everyones judgment just opening it up to a more feminist viewpoint.... She isn't old enough to remember Sinead O'Connor. For me that interview in Rolling Stones and Ax's interview outlined my generations issues and approach to them... of course it did not work out that well for them either...makes me wonder why..Guess it is easier to control people when you keep them of balance....Just my take on it having lived a less than perfect life myself at times....

I love this song and everyone knows how I feel about it, but there's something about this song that's always bothered me.
"It don't really matter". It do not really matter. That doesn't make sense. This song is at least seven years old, so its obviously intentional(or it would've been fixed). But why? I have always thought the song was about his online fans and about the possibility of the album never coming out, so is this error a jab at how internet geeks are quick to point out grammar/punctuation errors?

unfortunately there is no ethics committee in Hollywood, but her attorneys, the hospital and her lawyer have ethics issues....
What Ferderline has done is just despicable, he played the press to the court against a young naive mother. Every point Jessica made above I agree with Bravo....
I hope for Britneys sake the tide will turn against him and the judge who is so obviously out of touch with CAUSE AND EFFECT. An older women would at least see what he is doing, I am sure she does not have a clue obviously she does not have a female judge or attorney to offer here any compassion at all.
