Probably an unpopular option, but I can hear Slash all over the track. There's a small phase in the riff that actually reminds me of a song he recorded with Fergie.

If they have no desire to create fresh material, they have ancient vault tracks like Ain't Going Down, Nightcrawler, Crash Diet, Bring It Back Home, etc.
It doesn't take much to add up to an album.
I don't see it happening, fuck, I HOPE it won't happen that way.
Taking old leftovers and songs that didn't make the cut 30 years ago and use them today (cough shadow cough) ?

I don’t know, it’s too generic.. listen to the (programming?) drums - after working with two beasts (and having them re-record tracks again and again) who would settle for those drums?

What bugs me the most (besides why the hell so many great songs were left unreleased??) is the complete radio silence from the media.
That is why I don't think the band had any hand in the leaks.
