At this point... trust in Nolan.
The franchise is the best it's ever been, and Nolan is the reason. If they bring someone else in, it would turn into Batman Forever or Batman & Robin.
I also want to say I liked Batman & Batman Returns. I thought Tim Burton did a good job and created a great atmosphere. But Batman Forever and Batman & Robin were terrible. Clooney was an awful Batman, Keaton & Kilmer were decent Batmen... but by far Christian Bale is the best.
The Riddler would be tricky. Like everyone else has said, the trick is to avoid making The Riddler overly campy. Ledger was able to do this with the Joker, and it would take a skilled actor to do it with The Riddler. Jim Carrey ain't it, lol.

Joe Elliot has sadly went WAY down hill over the years. Unfortunately you have to lump Def Leppard into the argument to, because being he's their frontman... they go down the ship.
Elliot's voice just ain't there, he's lip synching now, and his ego gets larger and larger. At this point in his career, I suggest he start making more friends instead of enemies, otherwise he'll be destined for the next installment of The Surreal Life.
#18143 Re: Guns N' Roses » Yet another CD rumor » 885 weeks ago
What a letdown. I remember a day when rumors were fun. Now they are just tiring and weak. The idiots don't even try anymore.
This guy obviously didn't know the Catcher In The Rye demo leaked a couple years ago. Song #2, obviously, is not Catcher.
And as for 3-parts, I don't know precisely what he'd be referring to. In theory, if the album were 19 tracks, why would Axl release CD in 6-7 tracks in 3-parts? That'd be like releasing three EP's. I dunno, that idea is kind of a head scratcher.
I think it'd be far more likely that three full ALBUMS would be released in a fast track sort of release.

Just got back from seeing it.
BEST BATMAN MOVIE EVER
BEST SUPERHERO MOVIE EVER
One of the BEST ACTION FILMS EVER
Stunning masterpiece, purely.
Beautifully shot, great script, well acted, tons of action... what's more to ask? Ledger surpasses Nicholson's Joker, which has become a cult classic performance, and Ledger absolutely owns it. Brilliance. Just... amazing.
And that isn't even counting a terrific job by Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Aaron Eckhart, Gary Oldman, Maggie Gyllenhaal (yep), Eric Roberts... everyone.

Kilmer was pretty damn good in Tombstone & Heat.
Seems like kind of a prick though.

He seems to really have an attitude about the franchise, which is weird.... it seems as if he's producing the remake just for the money.
I'm hoping it's good. Amanda Righetti is HOT!
