That’s a real scene in a movie?

Probably a made for TV movie, I'd guess sometime in 02 or 03 after 9/11. America's Mayor turned village idiot.

Marc Canter the software guy?

I'm glad you're concerned about the guy who basically created & owns Flash & Dreamweaver among other internet products. I'm sure he's hurting for cash.

Me, I'll support my local eateries as best I can. Yeah, it's awful what's occuring, although your leader & savior told us 'It's a hoax' and 'will just disappear' and also took no responsibility leaving it up the the governors, so that when the governors too cautious measures, he and his minions could blame the governors, not him.

BTW, it's been the worst year ever for flight travel. People are allowed to fly, no governors been stopping air travel, people are just 'choosing' not to.

Yeah, she has a chance to lose. I'm not sure about the other one, I really haven't followed too closely, I just find it a challenge to win 2, but having 1 unlikeable rich senator who used their position for insider trading is probably the best situation Dems could be in, trying to win Georgia.

Isn't that VP?

I know the VP votes to break ties...but does the VP get to create the agenda too?

I would think the VPs party elects the Senate Majority Leader as a result, so then the SML sets the agenda etc. I'm sure its happened before. Anyway, I wouldn't anticipate it, isn't it 48-50?  I wouldn't expect Dems to win 2 seats out of Georgia. I heard there's like a thing going around trying to get Republicans angry at their GOP state leaders for not siding with trump, so a 'Don't vote for Senate' to put it back in their faces. We'll see if it works but it's a long shot winning 2.

The saga is much much more fascinating than the final product and the lackluster release just made it all so frustrating.
Hopefully we get a definitive edition someday, with what was originally intended.

Yeah, that's funny. 12 years later & alot of us are still here. It's like 25 years with 1 album, jeeez.

The saga was nuts. The RIR 2000(?) 2002 VMA's, collapsed tour, 2004 BH quits, 2006 leaks. They were all like breadcrumbs keeping you tuned in just enough. I didn't really follow it all till the VMA's, I just happened to be watching by coincidence. Funny, if I didn't see that live I'm not sure I'd be totally on board like I've been, I was pretty amped that night. Was always a huge Guns fan, GnR & Nirvana are basically my fave 2 bands.

Anyway, ashame Axl disappeared thru the latter 90s, and the band breaking up. They were the bridge from AIC to Metallica, and I think they could've survived the grunge era with a decent 95 album.

Ha..what's the name of that thread?

I dont think its a specific thread, im pretty sure it casually came up about a year ago.

Long story short, I think he not only quit here, he demamded all his posts be deleted. Could have ran into issues with threads he started, as myb the entire thread gets deleted too.

Anyway, it was pretty extreme (ie. nerdy) and there were other things. Forget why hhe quit too, mightve been a tic tac petty issue or another member. There mightve been more things to it, but again, just quit. Dont make extra work for others but it came to something like that.

I recall Hogans matches in the 80s would basically be some power moves, the hand press, then him losing, him losing badly, then him put in a headlock while sitting down. The ref lifted his arm to see about submission, the arm fell. Ref lifted again, arm fell. Ref lifted the thrid time, fell halfway, suddenly Hulk got a jolt of energy, stood up, got punched and it didn't affect him, was thrown into the ropes and gave a shoulder shove, then a body slam, then he did the leg drop & pinned his oppenent.

He would lose until the final minute or two.
