Yeah I can't see how they can sieze it.  Surely they can simply shut the site down that's it.  Otherwise whenever someone complained about a site - google could just claw back the advertising revenue from it - I think not

Am I missing something, I can't see any excerpts from the book on either of those links?  Am I just blind?

I always like AFD, but when UYI's came along they really cemented my like for this band.  The UYI albums really talked to me a lot and really helped peak my interest in music in general.

So sad, that feels like a liftime ago now.  So much wasted time since...
