It's on.

And if you want to learn some David Gilmour leads, learn the Bm scale!

True that. The M-Audio stuff for M-Powered is pretty good too. Another benefit of PT is the endless amount of resources of training. The digiconference is also probably one of the most helpful forums out there too.

Nice, did you manually select the outline of the guitar?
Yeah. It was done with 3 layers. The original photo converted to grayscale, the color guitar layered back over, then the black and white hands on top.

Ah, good call. Oh well, they can move it if need be.

You can pick up an MBox mini at a fairly good price. The biggest benefit of going with PT is that it's the industry standard. I don't care what anyone says, that is the God's honest truth. If you want to record something at home and then take it to a professional studio for mixing or whatever, the PT HD systems will be able to open your session. Or vice versa, if you want to get drums recorded at a studio, then take that session home to your LE or M-powered system for overdubs, that's cool too. Though you're limited in hardware and it is kind of expensive, know that you're working with the biggest DAW of them all. All of your big studios aren't Cubase/Nuendo/Digital Performer/Logic/Sonar equipped.
That's my 2 cents.

At work today we had a Photoshop face-off. A couple people were seeing who could do the coolest stuff in the shortest amount of time. I suggest this for one of the guys, as I've always loved the black and white pictures with one color object.

And then for pure cheese factor he made this one as well.

They are actually a very good band. They had another single off of 'Deluxe' (the album with 'Good' on it) called 'This Time Of Year', and as you said, 'Desperately Wanting' a few years later. If you dig into some of the non-radio stuff tho, there are some gems. One of my favorites is the song 'Porcelain'.

Which even some Christians believe.
Apparently if you have 3-ways, you're gonna have a retard for kid.
It's bullshit.
That's not fair. If you have a 3 way, you should definitely get good karma for that.

I don't remember all the details, but I think there is something in Scientology regarding 'defective' children, and obviously this kid fell into that category(no offense to him or other disabled children). Quite a few stories back in the 90s about how they treated this kid like the black sheep of the family, although that could be based more in media fabrication than in reality.
I don't remember any of the media about their son, but I believe it. There's something about "sick" children being a punishment for unpure lifestyles led by the parents.
