At what point will Democrats demand we get answers to whom is leaking classified information?  I know these are the same guys who loved Snowden, Assanage and Manning, but this behavior is now having a real impact on our collaboration with other countries.  At what point will they put American interests ahead of making Trump look bad?

I mean everyone has their own tastes.  Out Ta Get me is my least favorite GN'R song.  I hate that it gets played at every show, but I know some people fucking love it.  Coma being played last year was fucking awesome.  If they'd play Locomotive live I think I'd lose my shit.

UYI2? Hmmmm...it has some awesome songs like Civil War, 14 Years, Yesterdays, Breakdown, Locomotive, You Could Be Mine, and Estranged, but I feel that album is stained pretty bad by Shotgun Blues, Get In The Ring, Heaven's Door (half-assed studio version compared to Appetite era live versions), and My World. The first UYI album is a lot easier for me to listen to all the way through.

I finally got a copy of the spaghetti incident on vinyl.  If you haven't listened to these on vinyl with a good stereo setup, you're missing out.  Locomotive is a whole new experience.

Adler laid down the drums to the greatest hard rock album ever, nah, no big deal. Jesus Christ.

I think his work on RQ is fucking amazing.  Truly love it.  But there's more to GN'R than AFD.  The album came out 30 years ago.  A lot happened since then.

Axl is getting double the rate Slash and Duff are. He could have come off HIS to bring in Adler and Izzy. He chose not to... why is it up to Slash and Duff to take even less and Axl not budge??

How do you know this?

Dude, Frank has been part of the band longer than Steven at this point.  I just don't get worked up about drummers.  Maybe Lars or Neil, but Adler isn't a world class drummer.  I'd love to see Sorum get behind the kit.  I have no love (or hatred) for Frank.  I'm just stoked my favorite members from my favorite band are on stage again.

I would take Steven's drumming on Appetite over anything Lars or Neil have done in their careers. Appetite is pure magic from an instrumental and vocal standpoint. It's delusional to pretend Steven's drumming was not an important part of the GN'R sound.

Izzy felt the entire thing fell apart when Steven was no longer part of the rhythm section and I agree 100% with Izzy. Matt Sorum himself has said Steven was a huge part of the GN'R sound. There was a very noticeable difference with Sorum's style when he joined the band.

Metallica hasn't toured since 2009.  I don't know what the outrage is for.  They never promised an album.  The band fans screamed for 20 years to reunite is on stage again, and the fan base still finds a reason to bitch.  If you guys don't want to attend a show, then don't.  But how can you be mad that Axl and Slash are on stage again playing the very same songs you've listened to and affected you personally a thousand times over.

The Izzy and Steven factor is driving some of the frustration. If we are going to have the same setlist, at least give us the real GN'R.

I saw Steven at the Cinci show.  It was cool, but I think the dude is totally overrated.  He was part of AFD.  The only song from Lies that gets any playtime he wans't a part of.  He helped with Civil War.  That's it.  The idea that Adler is somehow a core part of the success of GN'R is laughable.

As others have said, Izzy bailed before the UYI tour even started.  He didn't do a single thing to promote those albums.  The idea that Izzy and Steven should be paid equal to the other 3 after they did all they could to sabotage the band's success is laughable to me.  Don't get me wrong, I'd enjoy a show with them as much as anyone else.  How many of you saw a gig last year in person?  I hope every person bitching did so, otherwise be happy that people are putting this shit up on YouTube for free.  No one is going to a show expecting to see Izzy and Steven.  Sorry, they're just not that important.  They've been out of the band for 26 years.  At some point you need to move on.

that these guys never said Trump or his campaign didn't work with Russia.

This is perfect example of why I can't follow what RF says...this word salad...wtf does this mean? I stopped reading the post at this point.

Summary of RF's conservative argument.

1) There is no evidence

2) Obstruction of justice is okay if you're innocent

I'm sorry if you struggle to read.  But I'll break it down.  SLC is now saying that he never argued that Trump colluded with Russia.  ID is now trying to say the same.  I'll be interested to see if you back down from this claim too.

Do you know what Obstruction of Justice means?  Obviously not, because ID and SLC mentioning Obstruction of Justice goes into direct conflict with their new claims that they never said Trump colluded with Russia.  I guess Colbert's cock holster joke was just a really vivid dream I had.

But here it is:  "Obstruction of justice is defined in the omnibus clause of 18 U.S.C. § 1503, which provides that "whoever . . . . corruptly or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication, influences, obstructs, or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede, the due administration of justice, shall be (guilty of an offense)."

https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/obstruction_of_justice

Ergo, if Trump didn't didn't collude with Russia, something SLC and ID seem to be backing away from (consider this a major victory for those of us who told them they were conspiracy theorists the past 6 months) firing Comey wasn't an obstruction of Justice.  With regards to Flynn, the only allegation made from "anonymous sources" is that Trump told Comey "I hope you find a way to let this go" or something to that effect.  Assuming this is true, how this can be conveyed as a threat or use of force completely escapes me.  But again, that claim is completely unsubstantiated and I find it quite ironic ID comes in here talking about an alleged memo showing Lynch told Clinton not to worry is obviously a fabrication, but an anonymous source in the NY Times is the equivalent of irrefutable proof.

So for the last time, drop the partisan blinders and think about the claims you're parroting.  As I've said repeatedly, it doesn't matter what the investigation finds.; some of you put blind faith and allegiance that the guy you hated must be as corrupt as your own party was proven to be through the Podesta leaks.
