The song sounds really cool, I hope they will release an album that sounds this good, although some are going to put it down just because Steven has anything to do with it.

It's actually funny YOU say that, when anything Axl does, you're comparing it to his past work, your comparing chart positions to other people...
Again, Chinese Democracy is defintely more my taste, but there's some epic stuff on there from Axl, imo.
I haven't heard Slash reach the heights MUSICALLY that he did when he was in GN'R. Does that just go away?
Well you can also Axl say hasn't reached the heights of the old GN'R either.

if there was a reunion it'd have to be Axl, Slash, Duff, and that's what most people would consider a reunion. Now my idea of a reunion would be Axl, Slash, Duff, Izzy and Steven, but that would limit them to just AFD and lies songs, well and Civil War, that's if they would tour, but it most likely won't happen anyway and so I just don't think about it much anymore.

from that sample I can't really say the song is good or bad, I'd have to hear the whole song first. I liked the first album, but to be honest while I like the song Starlite from the first album I am not a Myles fan at all, but he may surprise us, I know one thing tho, I don't like hearing Myles singing the GN'R songs.

His drumming isn't special. It fit what they were doing, though. But he never went on to do anything remotely relevent or special. Matt has a fantastic resume, on the other hand. He's a drummer people seek out to be on their records.
And I'm far from a Matt supporter, but it's not even close.
I think the only thing he got credit for having an actual hand in creating was Rocket Queen and that was just backing Slash. I just don't see what was so great about what he contributed.

well I think Steven's drumming is awesome, I have never liked Matt, his drumming is ok but his drumming is nothing special in my opinion, and in interviews he seems like an asshole.

I think a reunion would be cool, but I am not worrying about that. It seems Slash and Axl are doing just fine as it is now, they both seem to be happy with what they're doing now, and seeing them happy is better than seeing them miserable. That's my opinion on the current state of things.
