So, this is gonna be the legal challenge, eh? Votes on election night should determine the winner, not anything afterward. Networks should just not declare any winners then. Only the media declares winners on election night.

States don't even start certifying results until Nov. 10. Some deadlines are in December. The electors don't even vote until Dec. 14. He's just shockingly ignorant of how elections work--or thinks we are.

Wouldn't even be a case. Election night winners is a total TV fabrication, decades ago it took days/weeks to announce. Secondly, there's a precedent for Florida 2000 where it DID go on for weeks, up until the EC votes in Dec.

Only challenge he'd have is by handpicking states to dismiss votes due to questionable signatures, missing dates, not signed etc. The 'Hanging chads' of 2000 moved into a seperate pile. Even then tho the state would have to be within a small percentage and number of votes to challenge it (20,000?)

There were reports he was trying to call PA's mail in process illegal and have PA's state senate choose thier own EC (GOP) which is a very long legal string of a process that doubtfully could go thru. Bidens up massive in WI, like 54%-45, so really even if he tried stealing a state it isn't enough. Bidens up 1 or 2 in GA as well, let alone so many other places.

The things he says are shockingly stupid.  He states the Election vote should be stopped at 8pm and winner declared??  Texas and other states don't begin counting until Election day, so Texas is going to count all their mail in votes within a 12 hour period?!

Listening to Obama speak versus trump is incredible that people actually think this abject reject should have become a president of a nation, shouldn't even lead a 3rd world country and I just wanna remind his supporters here we went $3 Trillion dollars in debt last fiscal year, and basically $4 Trillion in 2020 calendar year.

Generally speaking the more people that vote the worse it tends to be for an incumbant too. Its usually a bad sign.

The eye test alone makes it look like Trump  will win easily. But the polls say other wise. We will soon find out!

What the hell is the eye test?

The enthusiasm and rallies. Boat parades, motorcycle parades, tractor parades. A very grass roots support structure.

Based upon 'tractor parades' I'd say trump has this locked up too. Same with Maga Hats. Only we don't vote for our president that way, and if you've seen early voting numbers, which heavily favor Biden, you'd say the eye test probably goes to Biden easily.

As for NC, it is a good indicator of how MI, WI and PA will go. If Biden wins it, he likely wins the others and vice versa, although NC is closer than the Rust Belt.

MIchigan & Wisconson look like toast. Not even sure they're in play, didn't trump pull his spending out of WI a while ago?  I don't see PA a swing state, but that & FL are must wins, and Flagg I put it at trump not winning both SC & GA, I think its over. trump'll start either giving in soon, or go batshit this weekend.

I think its collapsing. There was no 'debate 2 bump', Pence's aides now have Covid, Covids gotten expectedly worse and will continue the next 7 days, including all weekend, and lastly early voting is thru the roof. Looks like he might even lose SC & GA.

I don't get it. I mean, I get not liking Green Day, but American Idiot solidified them as more than just a 1 album wonder. Its a solid album.

Anyone watch 60 Minutes?   Norah O'Donnell was WAYYYY tougher of an interviewer on Biden/Harris than Leslie Stahl.  She didn't budge when confronting Harris and getting the 'happy answers' in response, almost tried to upstage Harris by lack of agreement. Stahls was fucking cupcakes laughing together.
