And if it does...where does someone like me...who marvels at Bumblefoots skills, who loves Slash's emotive playing, and who thinks Axl has the greatest rock voice in history go next....as this was the last bastion of independent thought.

Never going to happen as long as I have a say in the matter, and I think most of the people on the team agree.

I don't know anymore. They've been teasing with this conflict for years now. Who knows if it's actually any reality to it. Amenijad is a freemason of all things, whatever that means.

But if they want their bible prophecy fulfilled this is the time to do it.

Compared to their contemporaries AFD is definitely raw. It's not about production, it's about attitude.

Not too big a fan of the LOTR trilogy (films, books are excellent). But this looks pretty good. The Hobbit is a more self contained story, should come off better on film.

Do you think congress would throw a hissy fit in a real conflict just because the President is not in their party?

It's a moot point anyway. At this point there's never going to be any serious threats from the big powers. Even if some russian or chinese leader would be insane enough to try and start something they'd be dead in 5 minutes. As would Obama.

Too much riding on this for too many people. Nobody would allow a leader to have real power.

Took in a street cat a few years ago. Love him to death, but don't think I'll get another one. Such a pain when you have to travel somewhere.

Glad I live in Norway though. Breaks my heart to see all the stray animals in poorer countries. In Turkey I'd see dead dogs lying in the streets. Florida wasn't much better. In fact you'd might find it worse, there you'd see humans living in similar conditions...
