Slash could NEVER throw down anybody. It's not about muscels, it's about will. Slash would take any option besides fighting any day. Most people are like him.

Axl on the other hand has never backed down from a challenge far as we know. Guy simply doesn't give a fuck, and that'll take you a loong way. Pesci in Goodfellas anyone? I know a guy like that, 5.6 tall he can take down 3 or 4 normal sized guys just through intimidation. Most people will be extremely fearful of taking on a guy that could potentially kill you, no matter the difference in size.

You can be a dick to people if you want, but as long as animals are treated with respect a person is cool in my book.

I always say you're not a real director until you write your own scripts.

Seems like they get paid for each victim.

Is it just me or is wrestling the biggest "sport" in America? It's always the biggest sport thread on forums. Why does nobody care about football or baseball? Or is it just not as interesting to talk about?

The style of music was definately a reason why a lot of old time casual fans were turned off. There are a lot more people in the world than that though.

I'm a casual fan of AC/DC. I didn't even think to download their last album even though it was a "hit" cause I know they're a spent force. I'd assume a pretty big chunk of those buyers did so because they were told so. One massive media campaign and suddenly AC/DC were the shit again, even though they didn't release anything even resembling a hit single.

On top of that you have the story of Azoff ordering the album to be tanked as a part of a greedy scheme to force a reunion.

CD has plenty of hits. Maybe not to GN'R fans, but certainly to casual music fans. But for that to happen you need to get those bribes out to reviewers and get some serious exposure on television. Gn'R had none of that.

I went to an elementary school with 40 students and 3 teachers with no internet and 15 miles to the nearest record store. The only musical talk I can remember back then was a guy who ridiculously claimed to have been at the 93 gig (he was 10 and the gig 500 miles away).

That rape poster and death skulls made them HUGE among small kids back then. They were the ultimate dangerous. Like, you couldn't even get your hands on a tape because parents were freaking out.

In my country putting down Nevermind for good is the confirmation in to musical manhood. In middle school they were the ultimate band, but once you got in high school you'd get laughed at for listening to Nirvana. That's because they got overexposed to a laughable degree it became a rebellion to disown it. That album is alright, but it's miles from an AFD. Both Jam, Chains and Soundgarden put out several better efforts on and around then. Nirvana just jived a lot better for some reason with the corporate goons.

Tbh that sounds like a confirmation it was a hack. Either way he's in a good mood about it.
