So we have to prove her mishandling of classified information resulted in harm?  I guess as long as i  don't plow into anyone, I can drive drunk.

This is what I did for 7 years - protect classified information. The opinion of some journalist trying to defend Clinton is meaningless to me. There is no such thing as incorrectly classified. If it originates on a secure system, it's classified until the originating authority declassifies it under protocol.

She encouraged her employees to scrub markings and send classified information over an unsecure, unclassified network. End of discussion.

If you want to ignore it or have wave it, just say you don't care. Don't try to pretend she didn't violate the law.

SG, you keep throwing out generic terms that she's terrible, but I really have no idea what Hillary did that infuriates you so much.

Her email scandal and willful violation and subversion of the law is a great start.  Her lies about taking sniper fire, lying to the parents of Benghazi victims and changing her position on virtually every issue is a good starting point.  But you've made it clear nothing can  persuade you from seeing her as a competent and qualified candidate.  Just because Trump is a huge turd doesn't make Clinton any better.

Is flag code for something?  Why would you bring a flag with you unless you were going to a rally?

I've always been a libertarian and loathed the social conservatism side of the GOP. But abortion has no chance of being overturned, so let them bitch and whine about it.

The tea party is more dangerous than any other group, because the have all the false righteousness of the far left, but are able to actually get shit done outside of a candlelight vigil.

I want Trump to force the GOP to rebrand and market. No more Jesus heads. No more moral majority. Just a sensible economic party that supports equality under the law and advocates laws that benefits Americans.

Smoke what you want, rub your genitals against whom you want and live your life how you want. Just don't ask me to pay for your lifestyle. That's what libertarians and Johnson want. So until the GOP unfucks itself, I'll piss my vote away, let Clinton win, and stay happy that it looks like the GOP will control congress. Clinton can play ball, or accomplish nothing like Barry.

This is about Trump's campaign starting to fall apart. Trump's demagoguery is finally coming back to bite him on the ass. Prominent Republicans are beginning to endorse Hillary Clinton. They're calling Trump out for his dangerous rhetoric and will do anything they can to stop him. A new poll (from an A rated polling group) from Georgia...GEORGIA has him in a dead heat with Hillary. The true battleground states have it dead even or a point or two.  He was actually ahead in Florida the last poll I saw.  All your ranting and you haven't once explained why Hillary is a better candidate or excuse all of her lies and anti-progressive positions.  Obama's brother is voting for Trump.  Does that mean anything?  FUCK NO IT DOESN'T.  I don't care what some no name congressman from nowhere, USA is supporting.  You're trying to pretend like there's some GOP exodus for Clinton, yet how many people that voted for Obama in 08 and 12 are now going for Trump.  You ignore that aspect and think because some actor or no name congressmen endorsed Clinton, it has some meaning.  Who are these "prominent" Republicans.  Did you even know who they were before MSNBC or Huff Po ran an article?

I'm not backing Trump.  I've said that 100 times here and on your forum.  But this hypocrisy you and others have when it comes to the history of lies with Clinton and all of her deception, yet all you want to focus on is the dumb shit Trump says.

Fuck Kahn.  He sacrificed shit for his country and his sons actions reflect on him no more than his father's actions reflect on him.  You guys want to prance out victims to silence any discussion on issues because you know immigration is a loser.  You're scared to death that when Hillary is forced to face her comments and actions, she won't be able to run backstage and converse with her advisers.  Maybe she can just decline to answer every question she doesn't like.

Have a fucking backbone.  Either admit you give a fuck about transparency and electing a competent person who isn't the definition of corruption, or back Jill Stein or some other 3rd party candidate.  Your constant attacks on Trump while a refusal to acknowledge any of the numerous faults of Clinton is telling.  You're a cheerleader and Clinton could advocate 18th trimester abortions and you'd still support her.

This post went a bit far in my opinion. They both lie. You cannot point to one and not other. Hillary has done some questionable things and so has Trump.

I just assume they all lie. Paul Ryan used social security to get through college but now he condemns the program. John Edwards was a rising star in the Democratic Party and he did some outlandish things morally and should never hold higher office ever again.

Randall, it does appear that you support Trump. I don't buy your comments to the contrary. For god sake, all I ask is that they hold both candidates to the same standard. It seems like every election gets worse. What do we all even base our votes on anymore? Who we hate less?

The American voter has become so fickle.

I don't disagree with you .  My only compliment to Trump is that he's ending political correctness.  In what world should Kahn be immune from criticism or a counter to his points, just because he lost a son 12 years ago.  It's a bullshit argument by the left to end discussions on topics they're unable to intelligently argue.  Trump is helping end this artificial barrier on what words are ok to use.  Other than that, I have no use for him.

You can believe I support Trump all day long, but I've said since the beginning he's a birther and will never gain my support.  Feel free to drop by Cramer's forum if you're so inclined.  I backed Kasich all the way until the end (i'll share my facebook post with you that shows me voting for him in Ohio), and now I'm backing Johnson.  I still very much believe Clinton will win, though I don't think it's a sure thing.  I just get outraged when people mock Trump for his lies and stupidity, but stand behind Clinton who has nothing to her name other than being the wife of Bill, and her numerous policy switches and outright lies.  Brian Williams loses his career for claiming to have taken fire, yet Clinton is anointed the leader of the Democratic party when she claims she took fire or Chelsea was jogging around the WTC when it went down.  I'm just shocked that this "par for the course" is not only accepted, but celebrated by her supporters.

He was leading in general match up. Not state polling, which he never has, not even close. We've been through this before. General polls are meaningless. The numbers do not bode well for Trump.

I don't "hope this is over" but I am able to read. Data is very bad, and Trump's mouth is even worse. His party is in full freak out mode, Republicans are jumping ship, refusing to endorse, criticizing him publicly, and many are now voting for Hillary. Even the Koch brothers want nothing to do with him. He's finally hit the tipping point.

He's doing everything he can to weasel out of the debates because he knows he's going to get his ass handed to him.

So yes. I can see that this is a man who is unwilling to take advice. Unwilling to change his behavior. A man who consults solely with...himself. So he will continue this path of destruction until he loses, spectacularly.

His entire campaign staff has given up.  Did you read yesterday where the main guy Manfort basically just said fuck it since Trump never listens to his advice anyway?  He continues for some reason to continue bashing the Khans.

There is now some chatter about replacing him before the election.  And there's still 3 more months till the election.  Today Joe Scarbarough said that Trump asked 3 times about why the US can't use nukes.

Just this week alone he has: criticized fire marshalls for no reason, blamed the NFL for scheduling the presidential debates during week 1, got into a verbal war with Paul Ryan.  There's probably some stuff that I've missed out on since it's hard to keep track of the dumb shit he does on a daily basis.

Why can't the US use nukes?  Do you have a valid answer other than "they're scary"?  I don't see moral superiority in using TNT over a hydrogen bomb. This isn't 1945. Our weapons are much more sophisticated and cleaner, and people still live in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Trump didn't attack the NFL. He attacked the coordinators of the debates for scheduling the debates during high profile games, where most Americans will be instead of watching the debate. I'm not saying it isn't stupid, but Clinton and Schultz conspired to have the democratic debates on Saturday nights when most Americans would be doing anything other than watching TV.  There's a reason Clinton hasn't had a press conference in 6 months. She doesn't like having to answer questions that can be fact checked.

He got into a spat with Ryan. What else is new?  I'm not supporting Trump, but I kind of admire the GOP for actually having opinions rather than toe the line for the anointed queen.

This Khan shit is going to blow over and kudos to the DNC for creating this fiasco. I only wish some reporter would ask Kahn what his opinions are on marriage equality, abortion and women's rights. I have a hunch they won't line up with the DNC platform. I just find it funny the pundits trashed the RNC for having the parents of those killed in Benghazi on stage, but felt it ok to bring the parents of a dead soldier. Clinton lied to these families, that's beyond dispute. Kahn is an immigration lawyer who makes his money getting visas for Muslims, so I'm not shocked he's upset with Trump's desire to end our open boarder policy.

war machine keeps turning- check

All of these things he opposed while running and then immediatly embraced full throttle once becoming president.

It was a match made in heaven.  During this match made in heaven, the public had to watch them pretend fight for 8 years while Rome continued to burn.

Obama had a supermajority congress for 2 years and did jack shit. Only at the very end did they manage to squeeze through Obamacare, which turned out to be a complete joke and has undergone major revisions and legal challenges, not to mention the tragedy of how it was rolled out.

After 2010, Obama and Reid were unwilling to budge on anything the GOP house wanted, with Reid refusing to let any bill Obama disliked from being voted on in the Senate.

All those things you credit him for are a result of the machine continuing to run without a driver. GITMO, the wars, all from pre existing agreements and plans that Obama either couldn't alter or once he got in the situation room he understood they had to continue.

Obama has acted with greater authority than any modern president and has tested the constitutional reach of his position.  His legacy will be the mess that is Obamacare and his failed amnesty plan.   Only in hushed circles will anyone try to pretend Obama was responsible for nabbing Bin Laden, as if he managed the CIA and Seals' plans.

He's the president that made sure every kid got a trophy and felt good about themselves, and he got a noble prize for it.

I want to know what " bought from ISIS" means. It's not as if ISIS is running oil refineries. They paid taxes to whom? An elected official as required by law, who might be suspected of "supporting" ISIS, whatever that means.

Sounds like someone is stretching a connection to ISIS in order to manufacture a story.  ISIS existing hurts Clinton. Terror attacks and the legacy of Syria negatively impact her security position with the voters. Why would she want ISIS outside of some contrived, illuminati, alien lizard men theory?

#3740 Re: The Garden » Rio Olympics 2016 » 510 weeks ago

Or maybe just reuse Olympic sites in the first world countries.  You could easily re-use SLC or Vancouver for the 2018 winter Olympics.  It's time we quit pretending all nations are equal in their ability to safely accommodate all the athletes and tourists.  Hosting these events in non-western nations is just showing how ill-equipped and corrupt they are rather than having the intended effect of showing parity.

The cities that host lose money anyway, so why impose more harm on the citizens of these 3rd world countries.
