JonathanvonDoom, who are the bands in your post?

Damn, that's a real shame. That guy was a true musician. I always admired him for playing guitar as well as he did with his blindness. Lots of current musicians could learn something from him. He had to work hard for everything he got.

Hillary is acting like a loser, so therefore the perception to the public is she's losing. Perception is reality. The more that stories like this emerge, the more people will abandon her. Including superdelegates.

How come we haven't seen it?

Why do you think something like this would become so public?

Everything becomes public nowadays. Haven't you noticed. Freakin' documents from the White House or CIA that are supposedly private or classified are leaked every day. Bands' contracts with venues are leaked all the time and give those great "tour rider demands" on smokinggun.com. Grand jury testimony, which is supposedly private by law, makes it into newspapers on a daily basis. Anyone with an agenda can leak anything, and, voila, everyone sees it.

This is a book made for Slash to profit from. I'm not gonna take it as the gospel. Besides, if he got this "fax" that stated Axl was gonna leave and take the GNR name with him, where is it? Wouldn't you keep a fax like that if it was gonna change your entire life, your career, threaten your livelihood, threaten your family in effect, make everything you worked for obsolete? So, where is this fax? I'd like to see it. If it ever existed, we would have seen it by now if for no other reason then to discredit Axl.

Otherwise, I could really give two shits about why they broke up. It's clear Slash wants to make a career out of playing the same blues-rock riffs over and over again, and it's clear Axl wants to make bloated rock. The two don't work together. Case closed.

So many people do that and I just don't get it.

Do what? Name-drop?

Or, make assumptions about a band? Lemme hear them then, and I'll judge for myself.

I meant the name dropping thing. I find that alot of people will say something bad about someone who is bigger then them just to get press. And yeah... they usually suck.

I actually tried to listen to their music before saying they sucked, but even on my DSL, their MySpace page took at least 5 minutes to load. Then, I had to "force quit." I usually don't make judgments about bands before I hear them, but they had so much shit on their site, I had to just make an assumption.

I think it's a last ditch effort in Texas & Ohio. After that, it's too long a wait (@6 weeks) until PA. Too much money & campaigning would be needed to win a state that will likely go about 50/50, so she really wouldn't gain much ground. She needs to win on Tuesday, not tie or come close.

She needs a HUGE win. Winning 55 to 45 aint gonna cut it. She's gotta be more like 60-65 to 40-35. And that won't happen.
