I can agree with that. I will say trumps bordering on losing some of his fringe/distant voters, those who aren't quite lock step with him, maybe passively into the GOP or business owners who's business are struggling mightly thru covid. It's hard to picture him as the guy who's gonna fix this. Knowing what he knows know, Biden should've appealed to them, the $100k & up.  Last night however had to be unexpected.

I dunno, I can see the Senate staying at 2 per state, but you gotta admit its dumb. South Dakota & Wyoming with half million or whatever are equal to the 40 million people in California or 30 million of Texas?  And you can say the same for Vermont Rhode Island etc.

The Electoral College needs reallocation. Wyoming gets 3 votes, so 1 vote represent 200,000.  California gets 55 votes, or 1 per 750,000.  If you don't see an imbalance it's there anyway.

Funny, I think I was pretty spot on.  Biden was ok, a bit subpar but better than it could've gone, he had too many senior moments & slipups. Trump tho was a complete Flunk, and really it took away from Bidens subpar night, stealing all the thunder. It's crazy, if trump acted moderately sane, he probably would've had a strong night, instead it was the worst performance of all time, and may have even hurt him a bit in the polls losing some support over that  awfulness.

Again, Biden was not nearly great, probably shouldn't be a nominee, but no ones gonna talk about that.

It's remarkable to think Hillary could've been onstage as President last night, instead we got that reject.

Fucking awful, it was atrocious.

Thaaaaaaaaaaaaat was fuckin' awful.

George Stephanopolous was stunned, calling it the worst presidential debate of all time. Jon Karl who was there also couldn't believe how bad it was. Dana Bash on CNN called it a shitshow.

Fuckin terrible, and to think Hillary could be our President up there instead.

You bring up a good point. I bet they got on him about lack of prep & he asked for an earpiece. When they told him it was an idiotic idea he projected it onto Biden.

There was no excuse for Bloomberg to be as bad as he was. That was the worst performance I've ever seen in a debate. Ever. And he was never a likable guy to begin with.

I dunno, they ganged up on him & went down with the ship in doing so. Yeah, it was bad, but everyone else who dogged him lost too, so they basically went kamikaze.

Anyone read about Mariah Carey yesterday?  She apparently had a 'grunge' album she'd worked on in 95?!  Apparently she sang backing vocals on a bands song or two, very unknown band, I think there's a reference in like Amazons comments by the singer from like 2012 (something about I loved singing this song, and the hidden secret sauce or something), so it seems legit. Mariah said there's a recording with her on the lead vocals, and is going to try and hunt them down.

Kindof a mix of Alanis/Sheryl Crowe and that 'I love you, always forever, near and far, we'll be together' pre-Britney pop song.
