Or a time machine? Then mabye he can travel back 30 years and kidnap the Axl you lot expect to see in 2012.
Or mabye he doesnt give a fuck.
He was in great shape in 2006. His look aged less between 1992 and 2006-7 than between 2007 and 2011. I'd blame the lack of excercise and the serious amount of booze, cause it just doesn't happen out of the blue.

This song is the definition of a summer rock hit. We'll see how high it goes.

I have hours and hours (probably 60 hours or so) of studio takes on my hard drive. Haven't finished listening to them all, but there's some amazing stuff in there and versions of songs that you wouldn't even recognize as the song that was released as they were working on them.
I think I'm not the only one who'd love to hear those takes. If oyu have some time... I'd be very grateful. The Beatles is one of my all time favourite bands and I find their rough takes even better than the official releases.

Here is another wrinkle i just thought of
are u putting together a band YOU would love
or are you trying to WIN the game.
For instance, I'm a WAYYYYY bigger fan of Jon Bon Jovi than I am Robert Plant
but i know if i choose Plant as my singer, I'm gonna get more cred thus a better chance of winning the best band award whereas if I choose Jon, I'd personally LOVE it more, but prob would lose some points.
so thats another thing to keep in mind
I think Lenny Kravitz isn't really popular here and I'd have much better chance with Jack White as the singer. Instead I gave him the rhythm guitar and Lenny got the mike, cause for me Lenny is one of the best singers ever, while Jack is more of a glorious songwriter. So I'm making my band, not the label's.
I had this idea in my mind to make a 70s feeling band with a psychedelic and blues vibe. Jimmy Page, Jack White, Lenny Kravitz and George Martin... I like my band a lot. But as I see your bands, well, it's tough. Great talents everywhere, I'd buy the album of any of these line-ups.
