#5981 Re: Guns N' Roses » Guns N Roses on Universal Music Group Release List » 921 weeks ago

I'm interested, but not excited yet.  I will believe CD is coming out when I see it on the shelves and not a moment before that.  Anything else is just rumors or propaganda.  I believe the information in the post is legit, but being on the release list and being released are two different things.

I really hope that it makes the release date, but I don't expect it to.  I have been looking forward to this for a long time.  Nothing positive can happen until the album is released...now we'll either really have a new GnR or we won't - either is a positive in my book.

I'm going to have to listen to this album - I just noticed you could DL the whole album as add on content to GHIII an the PS3.  If it's good, I'll get the add on version.

The Beatles were a band.  They were also vastly more popular than any band could ever be again.

Politics is the only thing more devisive than old vs new GnR.

#5986 Re: The Garden » Knockout blow to the Obama campaign? » 922 weeks ago

I'm not a republican or a democrat.  I think both parties suck and both candidates suck.  Anybody that makes it to the national level of politics is a sell out, so don't label one as being one and the other as not being one.

This isn't a knock on you Pa, but I notice a lot of people seem to think that electing a republican means 8 more years of Bush/Cheney.  It's like there's nothing about McCain to attack other than he's old and chose a "questionable" candidate for VP, so were going to make comments about McCain being another Bush/Chaney?  I don't get it.
One has nothing to do with the other.  If the democratic candidate was strong, there wouldn't even be a question as to who the next president was going to be.

Is Dick Fortus, male guitar gigolo better?

Exactly. I don't get how Slash is evil in Axl's eyes for that but Dick isn't.

Well, Slash was actually a member of GnR.  That's a pretty significant difference.

No, he's a guitar whore.

Is that why Slash played with Blackstreet, and Thalia, and Michael Jackson and ...
