They did draft pretty fucking well last year.. I don't know much about this year, I didn't follow it. It's useless enough following your own team, let alone someone else's.  16

Sorry James, by "people in small town America don't deal that way" what I meant was I wouldn't think they would do a big drug deal, out on the corner, and a kid could bike up & see it occur. This sounds like very rural area (where neighbors can be 10 miles away). While yes, pot and especially meth does go on, I would think a big drug deal could just be guy pulls into driveway, pulls out large paper bag full of meth, walks up to front door & knocks. I don't think it'd be discreetly done on a corner and suddenly "oh shit, this girl saw it go down'. Also, even if she did, would a 13 year old girl know the massive quanitity that took place?? She could tell her parents "I saw Charlie buying drugs" but really what are the cops going to do. It could be a couple dime bags of pot or $10,000 dollars of speed, they don't know. I guess maybe the guy could have a lab in his basement that he'd have to take down, knowing the cops could arrive. I still don't see it this way, who knows though with some addicts, but I don't see this happening. Although, if there is a relatively known addict/dealer in the vicinity I'm sure he'll be a prime suspect. Regardless, I wasn't trying to say drug deals in general don't happen, just I don't think they are as discreet since less people are around.

VP is going to be a pretty important choice for both this time around. I think Obama has alot of choices to choose from, he just needs to pick the candidate with the fewest & least harmful skeletons in their closet. I heard on Morning Joe on MSNBC yesterday morning McCain "could" be looking to choose Michael Bloomberg from NYC mayor. I'd be totally cool with that, that'd be a win win situation where even if Obama loses the country could/should still improve.

At this point I just want Bush outta there, I don't care who replaces him. I'm sick of paying $4+ for gas, it's ridiculous. and don't give me Europe pays $8, or milk costs $5/gallon argument. Europes economy is already built around $4 gas, just look at the size of the US vs the size of countries like England, Germany, Norway etc... And the American public doesn't use 10 gallons of milk to get to & from work every week. Next years heating costs will be higher, food shopping is expensive which is essentially inflation (rising costs without rising pay), I'm already buying cheapo stuff like cheese, lemonade, BBQ sauce & stuff. Only a year ago my car costs $27 to fill up, now it's $48. Fortunately I don't drive far to work but for people who do $200/mo now runs $400/mo, that's a pretty big increase. And gas isn't getting less expensive anytime soon. Gas was $1.47 the day Bush took office. I remember it was only about a dollar when Clinton took office. 8 years of Presidency it went up $.40 cents, 8 years of a Texan (ie. Oil) Presidency it goes up $3 bucks. Coincidence?? Get the fuck outta here.

They should pay him, look at the Eagles when they refused to pay TO. #1 recvr's are underrated in the NFL. 1 great WR can make a team. Still, I think he's just pulling a Strahan & will join the team 2 weeks before the season starts, to miss the grueling training camp. Sadly, I think it's going to become a trend in the NFL.

No offense NYG, but I do have to agree with Bono though about the G-Men. I know they won the SB, and are 'officially' (or 'unofficially' whichever you choose) are the team to beat in the NFC, but on paper in preseason, I'll have to say Dallas is the team I'd predict will win home field adv & have the best record.  Giants played great at the end of the year, and had a 'Win one for the Gipper' type of motivation. But I don't think that will carry into this  season. Didn't Pittsburgh have an off year after they won the SB, I see that happening to the Giants. Again, no offense the Giants played great last year, but I don't think they are a "great" team. (By "great" i'm talking up there with the Patriots & Colts have been the last several years).

Hard to think it was just random.  It seems like a really remote, small town. I don't think it was a drug deal either, people in small town America don't deal that way, out on the streets. I think it was either an older teen who had or wanted relations with the girl, or as Guns pointed out myb someone wanted revengeon the parents. I doubt that though, I think it was a relationship type of thing, either he had sex with the girl, and she threatened to tell (because the boy is older) or she laughed at him & turned him down.

I hope they catch them though, whoever it is.

I'd much rather see Gilby than Richard. Nothing personal or about his playing, just that it's a "reunion" for a reason.

No doubt Dallas is a good team, and probably the team to beat in the NFC (sorry NYG), but the lack of playoffs wins means it won't matter what they do in the regular season. Will the team collapse again in the playoffs. Can the coach handle these headcases for a whole year.

Their owner is one of the most aggresive owners in spots, which can be a good thing, but he'll sign anybody & everybody, regardless of their past (Tank Johnson, PacMan). So there wouldn't be much doubt in my mind if Romo collapses again he'd take a shot with Vick, even if it's to be Romo's "Backup". Also, if they lose in the playoffs again Jason Garret's going to become their head coach.

Looks like BS, but who knows. Still, it's probably FOAF (Friend of a friend) mention he heard it's true.

Anyone know if JimBob (in Vegas) knows anything about this guy & his website??  It looks pretty cheesy.

You'd need your balls reattached if you cried during Lord of the Rings.
