Well, it sounds like he's out, but OTOH his solo album sounds a little bit more interesting. Could be hit or miss though.
I think Kravitz would be an ok choice. A bit of a safe choice (brings a big name, credibility, fanbase etc) so it would be interesting. I just hope the songwriting is good. Kravitz had some good tunes, but I don't know if I'd want to hear a whole album of his stuff. It could work though.

Ed Norton seems like a really good fit, but again I don't like the CGI Hulk. They should have used Triple H for the angry Hulk role.

I know people in GNR communities seem to hate the word "owed", but I think Finck owes the fanbase an explanation on whats going on, at least from his standpoint. Not just GNR fans, but for the portion of NIN fans who really liked him during his tenure in that band.
I have always had some respect for Finck with how he has handled the CD saga. If he ignores his supporters now at this crucial stage, that respect will be vaporized.
Its time for all these guys to grow a spine. If you opening your mouth is cause for internal strife in the GNR camp, then your presence in the band was never held in high regard.
This isn't some black ops project channeled through the CIA. Its a fucking album attempted by rotating lineups.
In his defense maybe he doesn't want to step on Axl's toes, or put words into his mouth. SO he feels Axl should have the right of first explanation. Or he's under a gag order about it.
#6244 Re: The Garden » Read any good books lately? » 943 weeks ago
The only two books that I remember reading are The Dragon Delasangre and The Catcher in the Rye. They were both damn good and better than the shit they forced me to read at school!
Read 'On the Road' by Jack Kerouac. That or Dharma Bums by him as well. It's like Catcher in the Rye but in their 20's. Great read.

Pope vows to bar pedophiles becoming priests
By Philip PullellaABOARD THE PAPAL PLANE (Reuters) - ...
Benedict said the Church will do everything possible in screening candidates for the priesthood "so that only really sound persons can be admitted."
This isn't going to do shit. A position that doesn't allow men to marry and abstain from sex for life is never going to attract "sound persons". I'm not knocking priests or priesthood, but there's better odds of recruiting a flake for that position than other regular jobs. So it's fighting an uphill battle. If they're serious about eliminating the perverts they should allow priests to marry. That would increase the pool to choose from & reduce the odds of it occuring. Also, even the perverts would have some kind of sexual release with their wife. Having said that, women should be allowed to be priests as well. Or at least more involved in the Church & Sunday duties.

Did your character air in "new" episodes during the 90's?
#6248 Re: The Garden » Ok I'm ready for the PA primary to be over » 943 weeks ago
Yeah, they really should have 3 elections. All the small states first (so they can be heard & count), then a month later the medium sized states, then the last month the big states. They could hold them Feb, then March, the April & in 3 days of voting it'd be over.
It's absurd how alot of states usually don't even count. We're 'lucky' this time around that Hillary/Obama is close, but people are sick of it. So it ends up being a drawback anyway.
#6249 Re: The Sunset Strip » Audioslave and DMX? » 943 weeks ago
Cool find. I remember hearing about this back around 03/04 whenever they were in studio. Supposedly it was going to be on a movie soundtrack but that never materialized.
Cool it leaked, but isn't as good as i was hoping. Sounds more like a looped track for DMX. I was hoping for more frree-form RATM style stuff with DMX getting angry & screaming over it. More chaotic.

^^ Haha, yeah her grandfather lived near Scranton (hometown of The Office). BurningHills lives up there. Anyway, the ads are getting all over the place, and have been on for about 3+ weeks now. Obama was advertising HEAVY during the Flyers playoff games. I think later this week it's only going to get worse.
Luckily, I only have a cell phone, so I don't get any calls. Odd they call you when you're not registered Democrat, but I know quite a few have changed for this primary. So myb they're hoping/assuming people did change over a few weeks ago.
