I finally watched 'Snakes on a Plane'.... good grief, WTF were people thinking? Movie was horrible. Blonde chick in the mile high scene was smoking though!

Yeah I guess it's more like a "snowfall". I'd like to get a 1-1 1/2 footer. We only get them about every 3-5 years.

Todays a great day here, 60 & sunny. A fluke though for this winter, it's been mostly cold, about average of 30-35. Not many really cold days of any below that, but not much snow either. This winter would have been perfect if we recv'd 2 or 3 6-8 inch snowstorms!!  9

Rex Grossman is a 3rd string NFL QB. No way should he be in the hunt to start, he'd be a very bad backup. I'd rather take a crapshoot & get any other teams 3rd stringer & sign him on the hope you get lucky than have Grossman in contention to start. I agree the money was low, so it wasn't a "bad" move, it just wasn't a "good" move either.  It's like kissing your sister, as they say.

It sounds like the Asante Samuel signing is official. Press conference keeps getting pushed back, probably dotting the i's & crossing the T's on the contract.

Now let's see if they make another move (trade Lito, get a WR) we'll see.

Fuck it, we haven't signed a good Free agent since 2004 with TO & Javon Kearse. Neither played very long here at a high level. Freak had maybe 1 good year, then injuries & bad play. Stallworth was good, but only played 1 year & missed 4-5 games.

He will be getting a TON of money though, so it is a risk in that regard. They need to sign a playmaker though, and aside from Moss or trading for 85 or Larry Fitzgerald, there really isn't many other players to get. Might as well sign him. I still don't believe it until it's officially announced.
