The above is what most disappoints me about the Slash vs Axl feud. We are never gonna get anything other than the shit above from the early days. We are gonna have to wait until they are dead before we get anything cool.
Shame because I am a fan of the music, not of any one side. I just wanna hear and see cool music. I want remixes, remasters, demos, video etc. why don't these fuckers wanna take my money from me by milking this shit? Because of some petty fucken feud. Very sad!

Thanks for the info sp1at, I hope the recording and release things happens, although Im not holding my breath.
As for all the other shit going on can people try and refrain from personal insults and name calling and baiting of each other. It's tiring waking up in the morning, checking the board for new stuff and having to wade thru petty feuds that have really just degenerated into a name calling shit fight rather than an intelligent discussion/debate.
Yeah I'm guilty of it too so I'm not excluding myself from the above behaviour. But when you are not directly involved in "the fight" it becomes annoying to wade through it.

Depends what's there. Hopefully there may be some cool stuff, but if there is there will probably be some heavy bidding competition.
Although the last few months I have had to curb my discreationary spending on collecting crap. Having a young child and another due in a couple of months changes priorities.

I see there are some road cases up for auction now.
They probably don't need authenticating, pretty easy to tell they are legit even for resale.

I talked to Jarmo for bout 10-15 mins at Nashville and we got interrupted by Del James who needed Jarmo to take care of something backstage.
so he is def apart of the crew.
He was probably required urgently for something important like cleaning the skid marks from Axl's undies.
Why would anybody want to buy something that could not be authenticated? Sure it's probably from the crew, but when you buy something like that it matters if you can show it's legit.
Yeah I agree, the stuff will be legit but it matters for resale at a later date. Not sure why they wouldn't get one of the lackys to try and authenticate what they could, I would imagine it would mean more dollars for them if they did.
If they were simply wanting to sell stuff and didn't care about the GNR connection and the extra $$ value that could bring, why mention it on the forums? Just throw it on the relevant open market and get what the piece is worth without the provenance?

I thought he already had one?
#648 Re: Dust N' Bones & Cyborg Slunks » This is who I vote for in VR... FUCK ME, would be killer » 726 weeks ago
I actually still think Baz would be good for VR.
I really like Myles voice on a few songs on Slash's new album he fits them well. But it's a case of all or nothing, he either sounds great or terrible and not much in between.
I hear how others find him whiney too, he seems to sing from his head not his stomach. A lot of the songs definitely need a ballsier, gravelly sort of voice at times, just to mix it up. Unfortunately it just doesn't seem like Myles has the range.
I can see why Slash likes him, he is able to do a serviceable job on Slash's varied back catalogue enabling him to play a lot of tunes that he obviously wants to but couldn't in the past with say Scott or other singers. Sadly long term I don't believe he is the answer for Slash.

I remember Slash paying Axl one night on the UYI tour to open the set with a different song, I think it might have been Nightrain? Lol

I didn't see it but I have heard a few people now say that about Paul and the Queens thing he played at. A couple of people saying it were the "non-musical" types that wouldn't know shit from clay too. So if they found it hurt their ears and felt the need to comment then it must have been pretty bad.
