maybe, russ, but the amount of "hes misunderstood" and "hes the nicest" comments from band memebers AND non band members are beginning to pile up.
he's bipolar - y is this a surprise?
im sure he's very sweet and sensitive when all is well and a bastard when something sets him off.

axl rose does everything wrong....goes on late, doesn't promote, doesn't communicate with the fans/media, doesn't release music, etc.
yet when he shows up with a bunch of no-names people go to see HIM.
that's why people in the industry call him a "true artist"
all there is to him is his craft - no more no less
that is enough for him and enough to sustain a fan base.

if u2 disbanded and bono preformed with hired hands they would drop down to gnr's current popularity if not further down.

as a member of a gnr forum bbf is entitled to his opinions and he is entiled to be treated with the same respect and benefits and freedoms as all of the other members as declared by the mods. if you have a problem wih that you should take it up with the mods or start your own site in which band members ar not allowed as members. His spite is in response to many wrongs made against him. If what was said about him was 100 percent objective and truthful and he lashed back knowing this it would be different. if he didn't post so often for the sake of maintaining a reltaionship with the fans it would be different. if we were paying him a mothly service fee it would be different. HE'S A ROCKSTAR! the only time he owes us any professionalism is when we pay to see him perform.

anything and everything is up for negotiation...a tour could be a part of a potential resolution to the lawsuit. Personally, I don't think they should be scheduling arena shows in some of these cities.

whoever is doing this is trying to force axl in to a reunion.
they are also possibly behind the current reunion rumors.
if he can destroy the new band and create a buzz/cry for a reunion by starting new reunion rumors at the time of implosion the idea could become much more enticing for axl.
