It's unfortunate that we have the benefit of being '30 days behind' other countries like China, Italy etc, and should look at what they do and what works/doesn't and 'When is too soon'.  Instead ppl in this country are so gung-ho about re-opening.

I'm starting to have second thoughts on some things, initially I thought after Memorial Day things would reopen, and while I think they will, I think our lives are going to be different for 12-18 months.  I think I'm going to be telecommuting for a full year, I think schools might be virtual next year, I think next years NBA/NHL playoffs might be the first 'attempt' at crowds, otherwise later MLB summer games or NFL 2021. I feel for bars & restaurants, I don't see people going back to that for 1-2 years aside from takeout. But that won't make up for the rent & loans some of those places are paying, and there'll be alot of turnover & addition to lessened staff.

Sorry to be a downer. I could be entirely wrong & in July/August the heat kills it over & stops the spread. Wuhan is reopened, but I think businesses aren't the same nor going to be. (dine in restaurants)

I'm a fan of Roku, I'd rec a Roku TV.  I have a 55" & love having it's platform built into the unit. Roku Channel itself has some ok movies for free, albeit with commercials. Plus easy Netflix, HBOGo etc access. Best Buy I believe has curbside pickup.

Listen to Trump asking random questions live in front of the media like a complete idiot:

It'll go away in April. It'll go away in the summer. It won't come back next year. The guy is misleading his base & Fox News & Rush will support it.

You know, guys, I’m not even gonna make fun of Trump suggesting injecting disinfectant or light to fight coronavirus. I legitimately feel sorry for him being so ignorant. He’s in so far over his head; the people around him are failing him.

Deborah Birx just stared at him aghast at what he was saying.

I'll have to watch this, keep meaning to. Funny to think Skid Row was still around in '95.

Watched 'The Dirt',  Motley Crue bio on Netflix. Is silly at first and does a real bad job at showing how they formed (too campy & predictable), however once it gets rolling its good. I wish it involved a little bit more of Grunge & how MTV dropped them and maybe them trying to survive thru it. It really doesn't address it much other than saying they're no longer in their prime and kicking Vince out, but it really doesn't emphasize the length of time it went, and that they were mostly out of the limelight until it became passe again and nostalgia (2005/2010ish?). They never had a hit song again did they, unlike Bon Jovi.

It does do a good job separating them, making each member unique & their own personality & interests/addictions. Also views it mostly from Nikki Sixx's perspective, and makes him out to be more of the artist/deep thinker of the group. The Tommy Lee 24 hr POV scene is incredible, and the OD scene. Vince Neil going thru what he did with his child really humanizes it. Made me realize while I always thought those guys 'lived the life', in some ways they didn't, and are lucky to have lived thru it. They flirted with death.

I thought over the weekend of the possibility these State Government protests are created & pushed by russian troll campaigns.  FB & Twitter accounts with 200-1000 followers retweeting & sharing posts about supposed 'Take To The Capital Building Protest', then for each acct 10 morons follow along & goto it.
