Don't know, I only heard about it when they announced he wouldn't be there. Weird.

We regret to inform you that Izzy Stradlin's guest appearance with Guns N' Roses in Quebec City on 12.7.2013 has been cancelled. This will not affect in any way the Guns N' Roses concert, which will go on as scheduled.

I am, and so far I'm having a hard time getting into it. First episode was ok, but the second was just plain boring.
Not sure I like all the new characters either. Like the black woman cop. Was she in the last season at all? Feels like she just popped up and everyone treats her like she's been there all along.

Somehow, I messed up the date on the last poll and only noticed it now.
In a tie vote, the "new" guys were given the edge with an awesome performance of Sorry.
I've got some great new candidates (thanks Me Wise) for this week, keep sending me your nominations!

Now that I've just listened to the full song, I like it even better. You wrote a classic tune the way it starts soft and builds to a giant crescendo - exactly the type of thing Axl kills at.
I REALLY like the amount of cacophony (for lack of a better term of art). The guitars, like I already said, sound so shattered and seem to be juuuust under where they seem to want to land in places, which gives it a sweet dark and broken edge. But on second listen, I hear the piano and the way it interplays with the guitar and goes off on it's own slighty "under" or minor runs.
Juan has such a great voice, and this is the first time I've listened to him song something original. It's cool to hear him naturally stray into Axl'ish territory in the crescendo/second half of the song, but without aping him. He really brought a lot to your song.
As you can probably tell, I know just enough music-speak to sound like an educated idiot, but those are my impressions.

I maintain hope that it's fixable - either he's protecting himself or being lazy or out of shape (see lazy). But even 2002 squeaky Axl had much more power than he's demonstrating these days. Plus, he's still got that sweet spot where the rasp and power come through, so it can't be hurting him that much. (LALD scream, for example.)
