I'd love TIL and the CD title track with Slash in the studio...would blow my mind. And of course new stuff.
I dunno...seems like they're going easy to me though and this tour was just about the tour.
We'll see what happens by 2020 I guess.
Also depends on if Axl/Dc is happening next year like rumours say.

I loved house of cards season 1-2 (felt it went a bit off after that) and love Spacey's acting work.
So this will be one of those things that's hard to reconcile.
Bit like how I like Axl's music but he has worrying relationships with women etc.

Dude i hope that is right.
A redone CD with Slash all over it - and maybe the TIL redone vocals from the leak - damn.....it could be insanely amazing...
To be honest i doubt it though - isn't the contract for slash and duff for tours only and ends in Jan?

Live and Let Die. Album version is sterile. Has no feeling...has no balls.
I was thinking the other day it BADLY needs the 2002 screams in the middle....imagine that in the studio....

Yeah I think everyone believes Walker don't they? The disbelief was about Atlas as the other forum.

For whatever reason he does seem happier on stage. Even when things fucked up the other week like that sound issue that botched november rain - he just made a joke and moved on - you would imagine some years that might have ruined the whole show.

I was saying somewhere else - IF and of course with GnR it's a massive IF - but IF you ever wanted to rerelease Chinese Democracy - and maybe fix the booklet and put out a bonus disc with the "MSL" Remixes....well...the 10th Anniversary would be a much more logical time to do that than a normal year....
Then again to put this in context...the band let the 20th and 30th anniversary of AFD pass without a remaster or SE....and it's one of the most important albums in rock history.....
As for playing more CD songs. I think it's just Axl's way of variation. He did a similar thing in 2014 when he knew he had no gigs on the horizon for a while. So you could speculate it means next year is a silent year too.

I think the prior statement I think was this from the 1990s:
"I'm very sensitive and emotional and things upset me and make me feel like not functioning or dealing with people... I went to a clinic, thinking it would help my moods. The only thing I did was to take one 500 question test - ya know, filling in the little black dots. All of a sudden I'm diagnosed manic-depressive. 'Let's put Axl on medication.' Well, the medication doesn't help me deal with the stress. The only thing it does is help keep people off my back because they figure I'm on medication."
In this interview he talks of having extensive therapy work done after the 1991 shows on tour:
To be honest. You don't need to be told you are bipolar from a doctor to be bipolar. That is - just because a doctor never formally rubber stamped him as bipolar doesn't mean he isn't - it might just mean he's never had good quality treatment. He certainly exhibits some of the traits of that illness at times.
Then again there's other mental health issues Axl might have. He might not be bipolar but could have Borderline Personality Disorder or a different condition.
So we don't know but obviously his history of rage incidents, seclusion, almost paranoia at times, highs and lows creatively and emotionally, self-thwarting behaviours, suggest at least the possibility that he has an issue. It's also notable to me that his weight gain seems to have co-incided with better management of his symptoms - which makes me speculate about medication. Then again he's lived an unusual life under a lot of media pressure too.
In the end I guess it's a matter for his private life, but it's fair to say he's probably a complex person and it's affected his work at times.
Then again a lot of heavily creative and amazing artists are. As the song says - if he's crazy - I guess he'll always be....

Oh wow that's sad. I thought his work on the album was great. The rockband versions where you can isloate stems really showed off how good the instrumental stuff was.

This leaks stuff is really absurd I just wish Axl would release these songs properly.
