you can't compare GNR/CD to U2/it's last release or any other band because they do not operate like any other band and......
1- gnr, in it's well known form, disbanded
2- until cd release, gnr hadn't done anything since they broke up, people forgot about them
3-they did nothing to reverse these effects like promoting the new members
and even cd was promoted it may have been too late.

the recording of it blows in every way
that's why i skip it at times

AHHHHHh.drinking a hot cup of coffee and catching up on the last 24 hours of gnr evo.........
these threads are a lot like a soap opera
you can miss a lot in a day but, in reality, you haven't really missed anything at all

russ - i don't think any of us care what others think and how that affects ticket sales
if aynthing id rather see gnr in a smaller venue

buzz, i respect your opinion and you are entitled to it
but you rarely stay on topic and never do if it is a postive situation or discussion - i don't even think it's your opinion some times
i think it's indicitive of something else wrong in your life
