To an extent I can see their points on a human level.
I'm not even familiar with Morrisey so can't comment on if he is right or wrong but if what he says is true - that he doesn't even know those people any more why would he want to hang with them other than just for cash.
As for Axl. His comments about not wanting to abandon what he'd done with new GNR made a lot of sense I thought too. Especially prior to Chinese Democracy comming out. I mean if you put years into a project why would you just want to give up and return to what you used to do.

Morrisey is a grumpy old dear at this stage.
He is often very rude to his fans and makes demands like all meat cooking at festivals must be stopped during his set so he won't smell burning animal flesh.

PfftIf I were to ever get big, I would ban all sale of shitty beer during my shows if possible.
