Both performances are spot fucking on. Axl must be trying harder. I hope he keeps this voice going into the future, it's the best we probably can hope for.

That might be the best live performance of Prostitute i've ever heard. That song is something they always struggle to pull off live.

It was great live, and the videos are great too. The last few years, have been pretty up and down (mostly down.)

It was shit earlier this year, no? I'd say easing into it combined with experience. He's warmed up now and knows when he can do what without blowing out.

Smoking Guns

On yesterday's we are hearing a lot of the crowd too which makes his voice sound stronger as well. Notice at the end he stops singing and crowd keeps singing. It still sounds like he is singing.
