Does anyone have a backup stream to listen to?  The one with Fede is slightly annoying since he's singing along to the song.

The TIL solo with slash is like what the song was always supposed to be.

not sure what to think about this. I think Slash nailed the solo this time, yeah. sounds great.
but I still think Robin's version matches the song better. because it sounds so broken and fragile, just like the song itself. but this new version is cool, too! smile

I think alot of people have gotten used to the songs sounding the way they sound.

I remember in 2006 when people shit when Dizzy (who co-wrote it), created a piano-based intro for Street of Dreams, and they dropped the far superior guitar-driven "Blues" version of song from 2002.

Same with TIL feat. DJ or Slash, or TWAT not having it's outro with Bucket, or Catcher w/ Ron instead of Brian May.

People have become attached to the original version of This I Love. Like I said, I always wanted Robin's solo gone anyways, so Slash coming in is like me being in a bad marriage and wanting a divorce, and suddenly my old girlfriend walks in the door, smoking hot, and says "wanna fuck?"

You bet your goddamn ass I do Slash

I like how he's apologizing for singing.  Dude's just psyched.

If they play breakdown tonight, I may turn gay.

To be honest I think the drums would be WAY better with sorum, but everything is so wonderful about this show that like I said I'm giving it a pass.

Yeah, I've got no problem with it. He should enjoy it. He spent a lot of money to be there.
Plus he is streaming it for all of us so mad props to him
