That's an intriguing video, for sure, but doesn't convince me there were two shooters. But let's say there were.
1) What is being covered up and why?
Most conspiracy theories around mass shootings peg it on the left as a means to achieve gun control. If there were two shooters, the people who want gun control wouldn't cover it up, would they?
2) Who is covering it up?
This is Trump and the GOP's country now, not Obama's. If there's a cover-up, it's on the current administration.
3) Why don't we ever "hear" two guns on live video when the video above shows "guns" firing at the same time?

4) Does the roof of the building in the conspiracy video above allow for the right angle to shoot the crowd?
All the videos I've seen, I've never seen the roof of those buildings giving a good shot at the crowd, and there has never been muzzle flashes from there. This is a good video to show the angle. You can't even see the roofs of that building cited above.
Look, I'm not above conspiracies and coverups. My favorite series ever is "The X-Files." I believe the government is doing terrible stuff undercover all the time. But I just don't see what mass shooting cover ups accomplish.

The Hard drive was stolen probably when they were staging the room. Have we seen the dead Paddock body yet? Was there a funeral?

I am pretty fucking certain Paddock didn’t do this alone. Was this a fast and furious type thing gone bad where Paddock thought he was working with the CIA etc but he wasn’t?
Did Paddock partner up with some other loons to carry this out?
Where is the video footage? If he is the lone gunman, why hide all the evidence?
Who broke into his home and why?
Who took the hard drive and why?

Eyewitness testimony is the least credible form of evidence. How would civilians who know dick about a firefight, be able to accurately pinpoint and identify lanes of fire? Echos, bullets striking close by and god knows what other laws of physics would disorient the most seasoned combat veteran. They were in a kill box. The only way this attack could have been more efficient is if they placed explosives near the egress points.
Short of them seeing muzzle blasts from multiple places (and having video evidence of this - how could the hotel hide multiple blown out windows), I’ve heard nothing to suggest this was multiple shooters.
I’m suspicious of any conspiracy because they rely on what-ifs and not actual evidence. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Or to paraphrase Hitchens, that which can be stated without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.

Flagg, just an FYI:
Smoking Guns' video, not sure if you watched, does show mysterious flashes on top of the roof of a building next to the Mandalay Bay, but lower than Paddock's room. I'd be curious to know, based on your expertise, if the flashes are consistent with muzzle flashes.
Even if they do, the question remains: How come those flashes were not seen on none of the dozens of other videos of the shooting
