They have becoming a touring band plain and simple , with zero indication that they plan on recording new music. I’ve come to this realization and it doesn’t bother me.
But for others it doesn’t help that Slash and Duff also drop (bullshit) hints that they plan to release new music soon.
On the production stuff, that’s on Axl. He keeps on using Caram as the producer for these songs.

Caram is not working with Axl anymore (he was fired in 2023), but these re-recorded songs were produced before that. And with the pace these are being released (since Axl doesn't seem willing to finally be over with the CD era that has lasted so ridiculously long), we'll keep getting Caram produced songs until 2030 or who knows when.
