Sort of like that.  Around here, Baileys is generally mixed with milk.  A few years back my buddy mixed it with egg nog instead and it was awesome.  I've been doing it every year since.

Or, Southern Comfort Egg Nog mixed with Southern Comfort. 

That's not bad as well.
