Totally agreed. I think they went for the single album release to fullfill their album order for Geffen/Uni.

They need to just drop a box set in the laps of fans in the very near future that contains 3-4 full albums, maybe a couple discs of demos and cutting room floor songs, and that AFD rearrangement from 1999/2000.
