For anyone curious, looks like the new stuff here is:
- Cornshucker Stomp (this version did not circulate anywhere before)
- Rocket Queen Take #2 (quality upgrade from circulating version)
- Don't Cry (quality upgrade from circulating version)
The quality on RQ and DC are equal to the quality of the demos in the box set now.

We spent time with Manny Charlton from Nazareth. He came over because we were thinking bout having him produce the record. We were in the studio for two and a half days and we did everything live. We recorded 25 or 30 tunes. We never did anything with that album but we have the masters to it. It's something where we'll go back and pick through it. A lot of the stuff that comes out when your just jamming as a band is the best.Obviously AFD songs are in there but maybe it still leaves a couple
Weren't the Sound City sessions produced by Manny Charlton? I believe these are the demos Izzy is talking about here. The amount certainly checks out (25 songs, 34 if counting alternate takes & uncirculated songs)

I’m still convinced this is a reworking of Oklahoma. The tempo and chords are very similar to the outro on the Village version.

According to a poster at mygnr, a song was played at soundcheck that doesn’t sound like an old GN’R song. It actually sounds a little similar to Atlas Shrugged. Maybe they are planning on playing and releasing something new, or maybe it’s just Slash noodling about during soundcheck.
Either way, have a listen to these two sound clips:

Maybe it’s just me, but I think the second clip sounds a little bit like the Oklahoma outro

Thyme is now showing up in the US. Still nothing for Perhaps, Oklahoma, or Zodiac.
I'm also getting no GNR related results for Ballad Of Death.
