I do like the idea of one of the big songs we're waiting on being among the storage locker instrumentals. If we ever get the finished track, someone with great audio editing skills will be able to extract Axl's vocal and add it to the original backing track.

The new arrangement lost the weird but somehow charming laugh at the end and Slash dribbled chords all over the bridge, destroying the sort of quiet space that made the buildup to the finale so effective.

Want to hear this again in proper quality … but might not need a third hearing.

FWIW the image for that “General” tweet does look like a still from a concert backing screen video.

Every time I remember James’ comment that GNR should not play the Sphere in Vegas because they would show endless skeletons, only in IMAX size, I laugh. Sadly, that is about the extent of their ideas.

The “Remarks” section says 10:00 - 45:00, but the box also says it is Take 1.

Does that imply a 35-second or 35-minute version?! Or does it reference a measure of tape length?

P.S. Even the person who hand-wrote the notes knew to write Guns “N’” Roses unlike whoever in Team Brazil approved that stupid “Guns And Roses” keychain …
