That means The General is probably under 6 min.
November Rain was obviously a big hit single and released on vinyl around the world back in 1992. It's an 8 minute and 53 second song, but was released as 45rpm in most markets. A few released it in 33 1/3rpm.
I believe the US, UK, Germany and France were 45rpm and Spain and Australia were 33 1/3rpm.
If the general is over 6min long I'm sure the vinyl version will be a radio edit or something with a truncated intro. I mean judging by the old show intro that alone takes up 2ish minutes. If the full intro survived release, I'm sure it'll have it on streaming.

Looks like it hasn’t been played on Ozzy’s Boneyard on SiriusXM yet. Duff’s weekly show airs at 11…would be strange if they didn’t play it.
They must have negotiated a deal with iHeart for the world premiere/exclusive. The band has previously been pretty tight with Sirius…I imagine Sirius must have been outbid. Probably explains how the dj’s knew about the release a couple weeks out and spoke about it on the air.
They've been playing it on octane weirdly enough

friday, it was found that https://gunsnroses.lnk.to/perhaps redirected to https://preview.mira.umusic.com/page-pr … c83f1c85a9 which had a website that had graphics anouncing perhaps coming out august 11th. saturday morning the website went blank and the lnk.to redirected to gunsnroses.com. Expect more on that tonight or tomorrow

Why would they waste time on graphics saying August 11th if it wasn't happening? The site only went down because they realized we found it before we we're supposed to. It'll be up tomorrow again sometime.

Did anyone do the “pre-save” of “Perhaps” during the day or so it was available?
If so, what did it do (something in iTunes?) and has it since disappeared like the link did?
I did the Spotify save. nothing appeared and I'm assuming nothing will until Thursday night at 11:59pm eastern time (unless you use a VPN to time travel to new Zealand Thursday morning)

I honestly think State of grace might've Morphed into the general with bits and peices of other songs. Something about the last (raspy part) of the song sounds similar to parts of the cell phone clip. I just can't put my finger on what exactly though. Something in the synths
This is a meme and no one has ever produced auditory evidence of anything in SOG and The General being the same.

State of Grace was mentioned as another release.
Soul monster and Atlas def have vocals. And I find it really hard to believe that Quicksong and Oklahoma don’t have vocals by now
I honestly think State of grace might've Morphed into the general with bits and peices of other songs. Something about the last (raspy part) of the song sounds similar to parts of the cell phone clip. I just can't put my finger on what exactly though. Something in the synths

Borki just said over there that MSL predicted Atlas in September...fuck I hope that's not true. If we're not getting an unheard song then my interest level in GNR this year just dropped to near zero.
There's more evidence of the general being song 2 in the (predictable) EP. We have that rehearsal song that has a similar drum beat, we have the general on page 2 of a setlist, and we have "The G" in an engineers notebook on a band posted page

I havent talked to him for years, but I hear he doesn't get involved in any of this stuff anymore. Weather i would put stock in it depends on the poster who said it first, or that claims they heard him say it.
Even then it doesn't mean it's trueAfter some digging, it seems it originated from a troll post on BadApples. Whether the poster who brought it to Mygnr is also trolling or doesn't realize the nature of the other forum, who knows.
Bacardi is a troll poster but he legit heard that from MSL, just like he heard August 11th for perhaps (On Thursday actually) It originated at Get In The Ring discord which MSL may or may not be a member of, but I believe cardi 1000% when he says MSL told him that date. The 22nd or 29th.
Edit timestamped proof of the 11th date before it was known.
