Probably every three months or so.  I usually play some GNR until I get burned out on it then switch around to some other faves.  The cycle comes back and GNR gets played again.

Alice in Chains - Nutshell
GNR - Estranged
Sting - Fields of Gold

I'm sorry LLL, but I'm glad you were able to find her and give her a proper burial.  Beautiful dog by the way and so is your little girl, cute pairing.

^That would have been very cool.  I would have liked to have seen the Psycho Circus 3-d show that followed a few years later, bet that would have been something.

Kiss has all kinds of unreleased demos (I probably have 40 or so that were not found on the boxed set) and I wonder if this will be what's coming?  The way I read the interview it sounded more like it will be Gene's unreleased material, and to be honest that doesn't interest me much.  Ace and Paul's solo work is all I have really liked.

I was at that show at Tigers Stadium!! I saw only two shows there (Kiss and the Eagles). It was also the only time I got to see AIC (they opened for KISS).

I might pick that set up just to see that show again.

I saw the second show (Louisville, KY) and AIC and Kiss both were mind blowing.  I love AIC and was so glad to see Layne but I must say I was really glad to see the original lineup of Kiss in makeup and must say they are the best live act I have ever seen, they sound TONS better live.

PaSnow, you nailed it with "we really can't be the World Police".   It would be great if the world were a Disney fairy-tale but it isn't.  We need to fix what is going on here at home before we go looking for problems around the world to repair.  Obviously there are other parts of the world where we can't turn a blind eye simply because it wouldn't be in our best interest to do so but it seems the simple logic of "choosing your battles wisely" has been forgotten.

I had a cat disappear back in August only to show up three months later.  I thought for sure he had been killed (most likely hit by a car as I live relatively close to the road) but was extremely surprised to find him waiting on the deck one morning, hungry and in dire need of a bath...otherwise in fine shape.  Hopefully this same sort of thing will happen with your dog.

I watched part of it and thought the Foo Fighters put on one helluva performance.  The Time/Rihanna was interesting and I thought Amy's performance was really good, I actually like the first song better than Rehab.   I also thought Alicia did a good job (and looked rather hot), Beyonce has some fat ass legs (still looks hot sometimes  16), it was cool to see Slayer get some love and even though I am not an opera fan I was very impressed by the vocal performance by the blind guy.

#850 Re: The Sunset Strip » The STONE TEMPLE PILOTS Thread » 952 weeks ago

Outside of Slither I haven't heard anything by VR that I like as much as STP.  Although Scott did nothing for me in VR he is fucking great in STP!  All In The Suit You Wear is great stuff.  I can't say I like every STP album as much as Core and Purple but I can say that even my least favorite STP album destroys either album by VR.  On with STP...back to the music.
