I'm guessing New Gn'R got a nice check and an NDA to become ghostwriters.
I'm sure someone has more knowledge of the music industry than I do but it seems worthy mentioning the professionalism of the credit notes.
This is the first time I've seen mention of an A&R man. It portends well for future releases, I'd think.

Yes, the credits are far more detailed for this one. For comparison:
Interesting that the mix for Perhaps was done by someone else and not Caram (with improved results) and that it was mastered by Bob Ludwig.
The full writing credits have not appeared yet though on ASCAP etc., except for Slash's and Duff's credits.

We're talking about these new mixes of Perhaps, Hard Skool and Absurd here, apparently, not the ones in the locker leaks.
Absurd and Hard Skool were both produced and mixed by Caram, while Perhaps was mixed by Joe Barresi.

Well it’s a far better mix than the 2 prior. Hardskool in particular is a poor mix. Hope if it’s released on an album they are both remixed.

I haven't looked at the UYI Box Set notes in intimate detail but I thought the whole thing sounded a touch better and Steven Wilson did a nice job mixing the additional orchestration by Christopher Lennertz on November Rain. It was really well balanced.
Huh, turns out if you hire pros, good things happen.
