So, they're charging the parents of the MI shooter with manslaughter. Good. This went far beyond enabling a pretty clearly sick kid, they willfully encouraged it, imo. They had the opportunity to stop t that morning when they were called in because of his behavior. They left The gun where he could get it. The mother and son obviously have some issues.

Anyone who makes this about Trump is an idiot. Unless you call out BLM for the Wisconsin massacre, shut up.

I had no idea their negligence was this deep. Hopefully their bail is set unreasonably low so they can flee again. The civil suits should keep them destitute the remainder of their lives.

If fetuses are people why can’t i write off the 5 month old fetus in my wife’s womb?

Oh…it’s because the religious right is full of shit.

I agree, why not?

And if it's not a life why even bring it up? It's a clump of cells. If someone causes a pregnant woman to lose their pregnancy by a drunk driver or assault, it's just a miscarriage. I would consider that murder. You make two completely unrelated arguments in one sentence. Congrats.

If that's truly how you feel, and that your kid is just a fetus, I feel sorry for them.

Lol Trump's interview yesterday...how could anyone make fun of Biden after that? We all got so used to this moronic bullshit...Trump is a moron...he talks like he's had a few strokes and somehow has the mentality of a 5 year old.

Any chance Kyle Rittenhouse can kill Trump in self defense?

I've been hestitant to wade myself into this debate, but I'll ask once: Why was there such a big deal on this Rittenhouse thing?  Is it just on racial lines/issues?

Or why should Americans outside of Wisconsin care about this?

Everyone will have a different answer to this question...

My answer is threefold...

1) Guy crossed state lines...obtained a gun illegally and killed someone...that should matter whether it's Wisconsin, Utah or Japan...
2) He's now a hero
3) It's an excellent example of how the justice system treats people differently...as similar cases seem to be decided by a 'wheel of justice' depending on where you are...

The riots were pretty politically charged already. The protests were widely supported, but there was huge friction about the riots and it was split down political lines: progressives tried to defend them, conservatives blasted them, while the majority of average Americans who supported the protests were against the rioting. It depended on The media you consumed.

The fact this kid was white, considered a trump supporter, was a fire bomb in an already combustible situation. A lot of it falls on the media for how it was portrayed. It really shouldn't have been a national story, and no one should have gotten so invested/obsessed/consumed in hating/supporting the kid.

It's hysterical he ended up being a BLM supporter.

Police just showed up at high school in my country. Lured 5 kids with getting the rest of the day off if they participated in a harmless exercise. The exercise was forcing them to the ground and injecting them with needles against their will. Whether the needles had a content is not mentioned.

Police department comment: "Oslo Police District are very sorry the students did not have a good experience with the training. The purpose was that this should be inspirational, exciting and provide educational value for both parties."
