I’m surprised this first round goes against Thyme so clearly. I know it’s just a short instrumental, but it’s really intriguing. It screams I wanna hear more to me

We have a winner.
While it’s a nice song, it’s very hard to imagine it as a GN’R song though...

Include OMG, IRS, and State Of Grace and leave off Silkworms and Atlas or use them as B-Sides

Really tough, I like them all. I went for As It Began because the dolphin noises get annoying after a while.

Crazy that Atlas is gonna win now. It shouldn’t even be around anymore, since it was tied with The Blues when that one was voted off...

I suppose Izzy was out of Guns anyway, but the Juju Hounds album had some great stuff. Def took a cool turn. His later album (98 degrees?) always got praise here. I never had it but youtubed it at some point a few years ago.
All of his solo work up to (maybe even including by) Miami was really great!!

For the 'lost' GNR album, it's basically 93-95.
Go any further and it's venturing into the early Chinese years(Beautiful Disease, Snakepit 2, etc.).

Not necessarily. Believe in me was already out. They were ideas Axl didn’t want for the illusions.
Duff had Seattle Head finished by the latest of 96 (Neurotic Outsiders version) and Mezz in 97 (10 Minute Warning version). So you can assume the roots of these happened sometime in 95, 96. Before that Duff wouldn’t have been able to record anyways as he was busy getting his shit together. Put You Back might be a bit of a stretch. Like Rinding Home, I however assume that it stems from the sessions he did with Izzy for GN’R. If you don’t wanna include that one, then maybe Then And Now instead. Duff had that song for a long time as it was co-written by another Ten Minute Warning member.

I like it too, though it's not exactly Elvis level to me.
Issue though with Eye, it sounds like it's from the early 90s. All of these tracks sound like they're heavily influenced by different early or mid 90s generes that were out of date perhaps even by 2000. From trip hop, hip hop, industrial, grunge, dance ect.
The album would have been great, but even in 00 it'd have been out off place.
I couldn't agree less. 2000 to 2002 would have been the perfect time for it.
